First of all we must know that it is very important to have a good distribution of our time, we can use schedules or other ways of organizing ourselves, then we have to find out what things are the most important and urgent, for example, when I got home I ate on time I had previously scheduled, is to have a better metabolism, yesterday I had to do my HomeWorks that were due today and I was getting up at 6:30 so I wouldn't be late for school. Another point that we must differentiate is what is important but not urgent, for example when I fall asleep after school, since everyone needs to take a break from time to time but not everyone does because they think that it is not important and it can be a waste of time, when I didn't do my homework because of a long due date. Another urgent but not important thing, last month I didn't have breakfast, not for me it's something important and less urgent, that's why I didn't do it, last Saturday my mom told me to clean my room and I know it's very important but at that moment It wasn't urgent and when I asked for my supplies, it's not very important but I had to because it was so messy. What is not important or urgent, I am going to buy some things for my birthday decoration, no, it is not important or urgent because there is still a lot of time, a task that I have a lot of time to deliver, so I better focus on more important and urgent things . And lastly, important but not urgent, I have to prepare a presentation for Teacher's Day that I already had planned but it is not urgent because I have time to finish it, I like to dance, I think it is important to me but it is not urgent. We must recognize the importance of a good organization of our times depending on and differentiating what is important from what is urgent
