What do you mean by being kind???

It is an action, not just a feeling.

Kind is defined as "having, showing, or proceeding from


benevolence“.

Increases the body's production of feel-good hormones such as


dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin.

Being kind is not just about how you feel, but what you do.

why kindness is required in a human being?
Kindness is an important aspect of our lives that can have a positive impact on
our mental and physical well-being. Here are some reasons why kindness is
important:

 Linked to increased feelings of well-being


 Reduces stress.
 Teaches positive behavior .
 Kindness creates emotional connections and fosters positive
relationships.
 Kindness is good for business,

• The movement hosted its first conference in Tokyo, Japan, in
1997, with the goal of creating a day that would help raise
awareness of the power of kindness

• The day aims to promote the importance of being kind to each


other, to yourself, and to the world, and to help everyone
understand that compassion for others is what binds us all
together

• . World Kindness Day is celebrated worldwide, including in


Canada, Australia, Nigeria, the United Arab Emirates, Italy,
India, and the United Kingdom

• The purpose is to remind everyones that simple acts of kindness


have power,and that together we can create a happy world.
