 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE APPLICANT
TOURIST VISA STREAM

1. This visa facility is for Pakistani Nationals/ Foreign Nationals residing in Pakistan intending to visit New Zealand and meet
the eligibility criteria set by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.
2. IAC Future is maintaining, a visa facilitation center that prepares a visa file according to the defined requirements,
protocols, and criteria of immigration for visa filing.
3. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that they have all valid travel documents and the accuracy of statements
made in the application. IAC Future can not be held responsible for any forged, fake or bogus document, provided by the
applicant.
4. Once the Visa File is prepared it is shared with the client for proofreading. Once proofread by the applicant, IAC Future
can not be held responsible with respect to any error and clerical mistake in the visa file.
5. IAC Future only submits the visa file in immigration, solely after having the consent of the applicant.
6. Once IAC Future submits the file in immigration, the file's tracking ID, Username, and Password (respectively) are handed
over to the client. IAC Future does not interfere or intervene further, so no responsibility is levied on IAC Future with
respect to any delays, visa refusal, or any mishandling of immigration accounts.
7. The decision to approve or refuse Visa is the sole decision of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. The
role of IAC Future is limited only to visa file preparation and visa facilitation and not to influence immigration in any
manner. The decision of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection is final and binding.
8. Approval of a visa does not, in any way, guarantee or give a right to the applicant to enter New Zealand. It would be
subject to the sole discretion of the representative of Immigration at New Zealand Airport. In case of denial of visa or
entry into New Zealand for whatsoever reason, IAC FUTURE will not be held responsible for any losses, consequential
damages, etc.
9. IAC Future is not responsible for the losses/damages due to delay in processing/approval of a visa for whatever reason it
may be.
10. IAC future will not be responsible for the inability of the applicant for not being able to travel due to denied boarding,
offloading, cancellation of flight, or any delays or any other circumstances leading to non-utilization of visa.
11. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the stay in New Zealand is as per visa approval. Any overstay will
attract legal action and penalties from the New Zealand government. It will be the sole responsibility of the applicant to
face legal action and pay the penalty if any imposed by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. In this
respect, if any, the penalty is levied on IAC future then the applicant should pay the penalty amount to IAC Future on
providing documentary evidence.
12. IAC future will take all reasonable measures to ensure the protection/confidentiality of the personal data/documents
provided by the applicant, and will not be responsible for any unauthorized excess by any means to the information.
13. IAC Future reserves the right to amend, change, or add any terms and conditions at any time without notice or liability
and all applicants availing of the facility will be bound by this.
14. During the handling of visa application processing IAC Future shall not be responsible for the loss of any documents
including passport. All necessary measures will be taken for the safe custody of all passports/documents. In case of loss,
IAC future will provide all the necessary help in the issuance of duplicate/new passports/documents.

In Pakistan, IAC Future doesn’t have any agent, representative, or branch except that in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. Under no circumstances will IAC Future be
held responsible and liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, charged by any third party. IAC Future doesn’t take any responsibility
for any fee charged other than the charges, mentioned above.
