    Sub: Complaint against cyber harassment

    Dear Sir,

    I am a student currently studying in Riphah Interational University in order to complete my


    bachelors. The reason for composing this letter is to bring to your notice the problem regarding a
    person that is harassing me and blackmailing me about hacking my WhatsApp. Furthermore to
    obtain my personal data.

    I am very concerned as my personal data can be used for some illicit purpose. Kindly take action
    against this person before any other person can be harmed. In the attachments below, following are
    his details such as his house number and phone number. Moreover, evidence is also given in the
    form of recordings.

    It would be nice of you if you kindly look into the matter and settle this issue.

    Thanks for your time and I will appreciate and immediate action on this matter.
