DAI Rervsuc oF THe pHuPeINEs ZAI DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM ‘Tunay na Pagbabago sa Repormang Agraryo ae SPECIAL ORDER Sevag of 2073 SUBJECT: Amendment to Special Order 327, s. 2023, Reconstituting the Central Project Management Office (CPMO) of the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project, In the best interest of the service and in order to ensure that the processes and Innovations introduced in the Project SPLIT are mainstreamed. and adopted effectively in the Department's standard operating procedures and services, Special Order No. 318, series of 2020, creating the Interim Central Project Management (CPMO), and Special Order No. 327, Series of 2023, are hereby ‘amended. Consistent with the World Bank approved Project Operations Manual, the CPMO. shall be reconstituted as a permanent office in charge ofthe daily operations and delivery of Project's technical guidance in all aspects of its operations at all levels ‘The CPMO shall be composed of DAR officials and personnel designated and assigned in the Project, In concurrent capacity, as follows: No Designation ‘Name of Official/Staff 1 | National Project Director ‘Atty. KATIGBAK | Ramin Offer (easier) Under this Order, the above-named officials and personnel are directed to study the Project Operations Manual and other project-related documents for better appreciation and understanding of the Project, and to ensure full compliance on the administrative, financial, operational, and logistical requirements of the Project. ‘They are entitled to collect actual transportation expenses, per dlems, and allowances based on the rates prescribed by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), chargeable against the Project SPLIT GOP Courterpart fund subject to Its availabilty and on the existing accounting and auciting rules and regulations. Moreover, the grenting of honoraria shall take effect "etroactively, and/or on the date of their assignment in the Project. ll other provisions of ‘Special Order No. 318, series of 2020, and Special Order No. 327, se'es of 2023, pertaining to CPMO supervision and the scope of work of officals and personnel Involved in the Project, shall remain effective This Order takes effect immediately and supersedes all previous Orders and Issuances inconsistent hereto unless revoked and/or amended in wrting. 14 August 2923, Dpto tai ie sini ii
