WAIVER OF LIABILITY

In consideration of your accepting this entry, the undersigned, intending to be

legally bound hereby, for myself, heirs, executors, and administrator,
contractually waived and release any and all rights and claims for damages I
have against The Amara Infinite Sport,Inc. Tournament Organizers or any of
their appointed assignees for any and all injuries suffered by me in this
tournament. I attest and affirm that I am physically fit and the same has been
verified by a licensed doctor. Furthermore, I hereby grant full permission to the
organizers and/ or their represented authorized by them to use them to use
photographs, videotapes, or any other records of this event for any legitimate
purpose.
