Conflict Identification
Volunteering means genuine service touches the soul and changes lives, and it is more than just a
pastime. Moreover, there are circumstances when Jaja encounters conflict whenever she
volunteers. However, these struggles did not hinder her from pursuing what she had started.
Hence, it becomes a way for her to build her life's purpose.
Plan of Action
There are many ways to volunteer not only by giving our time or money we can help by sharing
our knowledge, but knowledge is also an essential thing to have because if we know, we can
overcome our problems if we have a problem with money, we can overcome it by knowledge,
knowledge will help us overcome it.
However, there are many ways to volunteer: direct service, indirect service, research service, and
advocacy service. With courtesy, we can help. We cannot say that we are introverted people
there are many ways to volunteer.
Volunteer work is not a forceful job. However, when we do it, it is something we cannot explain it
is a good feeling, and sometimes it is a great time, and stress reveals too, just surrounding the
people and hearing there is story is great and fun too, and when we listen to it, we want to help
more.
Reflection
Volunteering is a great hobby that's can gain confidence and knowledge. Volunteering can help
us gain confidence by giving us the chance to try something new, build a real sense of
achievement, and meet people with exciting stories. Still, the most exciting story is the story of
the elder because it is a knowledgeable story and exciting. After all, we did not live in that time,
and we only knew by the book story of our grandparents and compelling because we could hear
another point of view.
