Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk ( INDF ) was established on August 14, 1990 under the name PT Panganjaya Intikusuma and started its commercial business
activities in 1990. Indofood's head office is located at Sudirman Plaza, Indofood Tower, 21st Floor, Jl. Gen. Sudirman Kav. 76 – 78, Jakarta 12910 – Indonesia.
At first, PT Indofood was founded on August 14, 1990 by Sudono Salim under the name PT Panganjaya Intikusuma, which was then merged on February 5,
1994 by several subsidiaries within the scope of the Indofood group, so that PT Panganjaya Intikusuma changed its name to PT Indofood Sukses Makmur
tbk. The company has exported its food production to Asia, Australia and Europe.
B. Organizational structure
1. Main Director
The company is led by a main director who is assisted by eight other members of the board of directors in managing the company's business. The main director
is responsible for developing the company's strategic direction and ensuring that all targets and goals can be achieved.
2. Directors
The Board of Directors is tasked with assisting the Main Director in managing the company's business.
3. Board of Commissioners
The Board of Commissioners has the main task of supervising the directors in carrying out activities and managing the company.

Each Operational Manager is responsible to the directors for every operational activity of the company, coordinating operational activities, as well as
determining operational policy. Divisions in Operational Management include the Instant Noodles Division, Packaging Division, Dairy Division, Nutrition
and Special Foods Division, Snack Foods Division, Food Seasonings Division, International Division, Bogasari Division, Agribusiness Division, and
Distribution Division.
8. Corporate Management
Each Corporate Management has its own function as manager of the company's activities. Divisions in Corporate Management include Treasury Division,
Controller Division, Central Marketing Division, Corporate Purchasing Division, Investor Relations and Corporate Secretary Division, CHR and CPR
