TRAINERS METHODOLOGY I

SEPT 8 TO OCT 15,2023

INSTRUCTION FOR THE TRAINEES

 Make one forlder in your laptop desktop .Name it TM LEVEL 1. Inside the folder create 6
fodders for PTS, SWBL, MTF, UEMFT, FLS and CCA.
 You will be save all your activities in each folder.
 Everbody start the module “PLAN TRAINING SESSION’
 Duration period: 10 days. Sept 9to 18. (self paced. you can finish all requirements for this
module earlier and proceed to next module you wanted to accomplish except CCA)
 Prepare answer key sheet. Answer Self check without looking at the Answer key. Place the date
of accomplishing the self check.
 Perform the Activities. Also place the date of accomplishing the activity. SAVE your accomplish
activities in the folder PTS.
 CHECKING OF YOUR OUTPUT IS EVERY SATURDAY OR ANYTIME YOU ARE FREE TO COME AND
LET IT BE CHECKED FOR REVISION OR PRINTING.
 Institutional Assessment will be given after sufficiently accomplishing the requirements.
 Certificate of Achievement will also be issued to you after satisfactorily passing the institutional
assessment

 Module : Maintain Training Facilities ( MTF)

 Duration period: 4 days. . (self paced. you can finish all requirements for this module earlier and
proceed to next module you wanted to accomplish except CCA)
 Prepare answer key sheet. Answer Self check without looking at the Answer key. Place the date
of accomplishing the self check.
 Perform the Activities. Also place the date of accomplishing the activity. SAVE your accomplish
activities in the folder MTF.
 CHECKING OF YOUR OUTPUT IS EVERY SATURDAY OR ANYTIME YOU ARE FREE TO COME AND
LET IT BE CHECKED FOR REVISION OR PRINTING.
 Institutional Assessment will be given after sufficiently accomplishing the requirements.
 Certificate of Achievement will also be issued to you after satisfactorily passing the institutional
assessment
 Module : Supervised Work Based Learning ( SWBL)
 Duration period: 5 DAYS. (self paced. you can finish all requirements for this module earlier and
proceed to next module you wanted to accomplish except CCA)
 Prepare answer key sheet. Answer Self check without looking at the Answer key. Place the date
of accomplishing the self check.
 Perform the Activities. Also place the date of accomplishing the activity. SAVE your accomplish
activities in the folder SWBL.
 CHECKING OF YOUR OUTPUT IS EVERY SATURDAY OR ANYTIME YOU ARE FREE TO COME AND
LET IT BE CHECKED FOR REVISION OR PRINTING.

 Module : Utilize Electronic Media for Facilitating Training ( UEMFT)

 Duration period: 3 days. (self paced. you can finish all requirements for this module earlier and
proceed to next module you wanted to accomplish except CCA)
 Prepare answer key sheet. Answer Self check without looking at the Answer key. Place the date
of accomplishing the self check.
 Perform the Activities. ( WRITTEN OUPPUT AND VIDEOS ) Also place the date of accomplishing
the activity. SAVE your accomplish activities in the folder UEMFT.
 CHCEKING OF YOUR OUTPUT IS EVERY SATURDAY OR ANYTIME YOU ARE FREE TO COME AND
LET IT BE CHECKED FOR REVISION OR PRINTING.
 Institutional Assessment will be given after sufficiently accomplishing the requirements.
 Certificate of Achievement will also be issued to you after satisfactorily passing the institutional
assessment

 Module : Facilitate Learning Session (FLS)

 Duration period: 6 days.. (self paced. you can finish all requirements for this module earlier and
proceed to next module you wanted to accomplish except CCA)
 Prepare answer key sheet. Answer Self check without looking at the Answer key. Place the date
of accomplishing the self check.
 Perform the Activities. ( WRITTEN OUPPUT AND VIDEO ON FACILITATING LEARNING SESSION )
Also place the date of accomplishing the activity. SAVE your accomplish activities in the folder
FLS.
 CHECKING OF YOUR OUTPUT AND DEMONSTATION IN FLS IS EVERY SATURDAY OR ANYTIME
YOU ARE FREE TO COME AND LET IT BE CHECKED FOR REVISION OR PRINTING.
 Institutional Assessment will be given after sufficiently accomplishing the requirements.
 Certificate of Achievement will also be issued to you after satisfactorily passing the institutional
assessment
  Module : Conduct Competency Assessment (CCA)
 Duration period: 5 days. . (Self paced. you can finish all requirements for this module earlier)
 Prepare answer key sheet. Answer Self check without looking at the Answer key. Place the date
of accomplishing the self check.
 Perform the Activities. ( WRITTEN OUPPUT AND VIDEO ON CONDUCTING ASSESSMENT ) Also
place the date of accomplishing the activity. SAVE your accomplish activities in the folder CCA.
 CHECKING OF YOUR OUTPUT IS EVERY SATURDAY OR ANYTIME YOU ARE FREE TO COME AND
LET IT BE CHECKED FOR REVISION OF PRINTING.
