 Coordinate with Telcos circle technology teams for identification of prospect locations for small cells and maximize
allocation of SRs to FireFly.
 To acquire locations for Small Cells: As per SRs and convert them into SOs : At zero or least rental & energy cost to
Telcos.
 Contract closure for all identified locations, directly or through Channel Partner.
 To ensure timely Survey, Deployment & O&M resolutions.
 Relationship Management with location partners & Vendors.
 Migrating Traffic of Linear path in a Protected Path by proactively releasing plans from Planning.
 Ensure timely payments to the location partners and collections from Telco partners through correct invoicing .
 To proactively ensure retention & contract renewals with location partners &Telcos
 Responsible for Escalation to Management, partners and peers about site network performance and service availability.
