    Subject: Request for Semester Fee Concession

    (Through the Dean, School of Civil Engineering)

    Respected Madam,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter regarding my
    semester fees, and I request your consideration in this regard.

    I was privileged to be informed by the Administrative Officer, Mr. Saroj Kumar Sarangi, about a
    core branch concession of 30% applicable for admissions in core engineering branches for the
    year 2022. According to the information provided by Mr. Sarangi, my revised semester tuition
    fees amount to INR 1,25,000, with an additional INR 1,000 as semester examination fees after
    the concession from the original amount of INR 1,75,000.

    I want to clarify that I have not yet received the concession. Still, I respectfully request that your
    esteemed office consider my case for this semester fee concession based on the information
    shared by the Administrative Officer.

    It's important to note that Mr Bhagyadhar Mohanty, who is the Executive Officer of the
    Mechanical Branch of KIIT and also happens to be my relative, was instrumental in guiding me
    through the admission process at KIIT. His support and mentorship were crucial to my decision
    to join this esteemed institution.

    I have attached all the required receipts for your reference, which validate the information
    provided. I am committed to my studies and wish to continue my academic journey at KIIT
    University with dedication and enthusiasm.

    In light of the above, I kindly request your intervention to verify and grant the concession for this
    semester as per the information shared by the Administrative Officer. Your support will not only
    alleviate my financial constraints but also motivate me to excel in my academic pursuits.
