    The right lobe measures 3.8 x 1.1 x 1.5 cm while the left lobe measures 3.6 x 0.9

    Parenchyma is homogeneous with normal vascular flow on Color Doppler studies.
    No evident focal mass lesions are seen.
    The isthmus is normal in appearance and measures 0.3 cm.
    There are no enlarged cervical lymph nodes noted.

    UNREMARKABLE SONOGRAM OF THE THYROID GLAND
