Dear guest,

Thank you for your reservation! You can find the details of your reservation in
the email.

Your reservation is secured by depositing your credit card details. No further


deposit is required.

Changes in the reservation or cancellation can only be changed via the link in
the reservation confirmation itself.

The cottage rates as well as cancellation conditions can be found in the AGB's
attached.

For hygienic reasons, please bring a hut sleeping bag, blankets, pillows and hut
shoes are sufficiently available. Hut sleeping bags are available for purchase for
18€ if needed.

Registration at the camp until 17.00Hour Your reservation will remain until
18:00 at the latest.

Dinner will be served at 18:00.

1. Registration and identity card
a. Hut Book entry
All overnight guests have to sign the hut book on their arrival and eventually comply with further
registration requirements. To make it easier to find injured or missed people, it is recommended to
report the destination of the mountain tour and to report a telephone number in this book.

2. Claim for a sleeping place


a. Prior claim for a sleeping place
The following guest have priority for a sleeping place:

• Ill or injured people who cannot make it to the valley on their own or by transport;
• Members of rescue teams on duty.

b. Hygiene requirements
The use of a hut sleeping bag is obligatory in all sleeping places.

c. Booking conditions

1. advance bookings for max. 90% of the sleeping places may be accepted. Reservation of the
sleeping place via the online reservation system of the Alpine Club huts is obligatory for an overnight
stay at the Soiernhaus.

2. if a reservation request for a sleeping place is made and confirmed by the hut tenant or provided
in the case of short-term bookings, an accommodation contract is concluded. A legally binding
conclusion of the contract also exists in the case of verbal, in particular telephone - unless the written
form was expressly agreed.

3. if after reservation according to point 1 single or all sleeping places reserved by the guest are not
used, the following cancellation fees per sleeping place and night are due in case of cancellation or
non-arrival of the guest:

In case of cancellation from 7 days before the beginning of the stay: 10 € per person and night.
Cancellation 3 days before the beginning of the stay: 15 € per person and night.
Cancellation 24 hours before the beginning of the stay: 20 € per person and night.

4. group reservations are possible for organizational reasons only in conjunction with the
mountaineering half board.

5. 10% of the group can be cancelled free of charge from a group size of 10 persons up to 9 pm on
the evening before arrival.

6. the above-mentioned deadline is calculated from the receipt of the written cancellation by the
guest by the lessee of the hut.

7. the lessees are entitled to charge a deposit/credit card security for reservations. In case of
cancellation or no-show, cancellation fees as stated in point 3 may be charged and debited from the
deposited credit card.

8. a cancellation free of charge is generally possible if it can be proven that the hut access or the
journey to the starting point is not possible due to force majeure (e.g. mudslide). The leaseholders
are to be informed immediately in the event of a withdrawal!

9. all decisions regarding tours, routes, weather and avalanche situation etc. are the responsibility of
the guest. The liability on the part of the hut managers for damages of any kind is excluded.

10. registration for the camp is at 17:00 on the day of arrival, after 18:00 the reservation expires.

11. if the fulfillment of the contract becomes impossible due to force majeure or circumstances that
could not be foreseen or influenced (e.g. elementary damage, strike, lockout, official decrees,
quarantine measures, failures of technical supply systems, etc.), the accommodation provider may
terminate the accommodation contract at any time without observing a notice period, provided that
the contract is not already considered terminated according to the law, or the accommodation
provider is released from his obligation to provide accommodation. Any claims for damages etc. of
the contract partner are excluded.

German law applies to the lodges of the DAV.

3. Overnight tariffs
a. Current overnight fees for members and non-members
The current overnight tariffs are – per night and person:

Adult Alpine Club member € 10,00


Junior Alpine Club member (19 to 25 years) € 6,50
Teenage Alpine Club member (7 to 18 years) € 5,00

Adult non-member € 20,00


Junior non-member (19 to 25 years) € 16,50
Teenage non-members (7 to 18 years) € 15,00

Children to an age of 6 years and disabled peoples attendants do not pay. A disability certificate has
to be presented.

The fees have to be paid in cash on site.

b. Contribution to infrastructure

Self-supply is permitted to members and equally treated persons only, and only in special pre -
defined self-supply areas. Self-supplying guests are charged € 2,50 (single-day visitors) or € 5,–
(overnight visitors) for using the hut’s infrastructure. Children and young people up to the age of 18
are exempt from paying the infrastructure contribution. In general, it is not allowed to bring your
own alcoholic beverages.

c. Overcrowding
There is no price reduction in case of overbooking.

4. First aid kit


Sufficient first aid equipment is provided by the hut tenant and placed in the hut entrance room.

5. Behaviour in the hut and its surroundings
a. Considerate behaviour and waste disposal
Every guest has to show a respectful behaviour in the hut and its surroundings to not disturb other
people. The hut and its surroundings are to be kept clean. In order to protect the mountain
environment, all guests should take their own waste back down into the valley to discard it there.

b. Lights out for peace at night in the hut


In general be silent in the hut from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The hut team can dispose of a later peace
at night, at the latest night’s rest starts at 12pm. Early birds still have to respect the night’s rest.

c. Music and concerts


Playing music instruments is only allowed in agreement with the hut guardian. It is not allowed to
charge entry fees for music presentations.

d. Radio, television and music devices


The use of radio, television and music devices is forbidden in common rooms, s leeping areas and
anywhere in the hut. Listening to the weather and avalanche forecast as well as music devices with
headphones outside night’s rest hours form an exception. The hut team can pronounce exceptions
for certain closed areas if an exception does not disturb guests in other rooms.

e. Smoking
Smoking is forbidden in the whole hut.

f. Behaviour in the sleeping room


Cooking and eating in a sleeping room is not allowed. Do not enter with mountain or ski boots. The
handling with open flames (candle, gas stove and so on) is forbidden.

g. Behaviour in the case of room shortage


If there is space shortage, a reservation of a seat place is not allowed. Mind people who wait to sit
down!

h. Bringing along animals
Pets are forbidden in all sleeping areas except a special room is declared open over night for
mountain search or guide dogs (etc). Accommodation for animals must be cleared in advance with
the hut tenant.

Additional rules if animals are allowed:

• A cleaning charge of at least € 10,00 can be due.


• Animals have to enter the hut clean and dry.
• For hygienic reasons, animals are not allowed to enter beds or lie on the Alpine Club
blankets.
• Animal owner have to bring along an appropriate pet blanket.

i. Damage
Guests bear the costs for all careless or deliberate damage to the hut and its establishment. Parents
and persons accompanying children are responsible for them and their behaviour.

6. Supervision, complaints
a. House rules
The hut teams implements domiciliary right.

b. Violation of the hut regulations


Anyone who does not respect the hut regulations can be asked to leave the hut.

c. Handling of complaints
Claims and complaints should be settled on the spot. If this is not possible send a written form to the
hut team.
