Good day!

The Office of the Vice Mayor aims to provide sufficient and safe blood to those who need it
which is why we have regularly conducted Blood Letting Activities every quarter.

In order for us to sustain our blood supply and to continuously provide for our constituents
who are in dire need of blood, we will conduct a Blood Letting Activity on the 9th of
September 2023, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

In relation to this, we’d like to ask for support and cooperation from your good office. We
want to ask permission to use the Activity Area of Robinsons Place Lipa as the venue
for said activity. We’d also like to borrow tables, chairs, a sound system, and panel boards.

Furthermore, it will also be very much appreciated if you and your employees could
participate in donating blood. One blood donation can save as many as three lives and
donating blood doesn’t only benefit recipients but donors as well. Donating blood helps
reduce stress, improves emotional well-being and physical health, and provides a sense of
belonging.
