2. What is a theory?
A theory is an explanation for a phenomenon that is
scientifically supported. It is a scientific explanation or
expectation based on a set of evidence that undergoes
thorough investigation and experimentation.

Research is considerably significant since it helps us to obtain knowledge based on facts with evidence that
would greatly provide a solution for the company. The organization would benefit from research because it might
get knowledge of the productivity, competencies, and other attributes of its workers.
