Employment Agreement Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA)

This agreement made and entered into this Date: April 20, 2023 by and between:

Party First: Arsal Mehmood, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer",

Residential Address: House No.572/3 back side rest house Al Noor colony Chunian 55220 District Kasur,
Pakistan.

Party Second: Muhammad Asif, hereinafter referred to as the "Virtual Assistant (VA)",
Residential Address: Sham Kot Kohna Kangan Pur 55000 District Kasur Pakistan,

1. Service Agreement: The Employer hereby engages the services of the Virtual Assistant (VA) to
perform virtual assistant tasks as required by the Employer. The Virtual Assistant (VA) agrees to provide
these services at a rate of $8 per hour, payable on a monthly basis. The employer shall provide an
advance payment to the VA for the purpose of covering VA's security expenses. VA is contractually
bound to render services to the employer until the full utilization of the advance payment. Subsequent
to the depletion of the advance payment, compensation will be disbursed to VA on a monthly basis in
accordance with the hours worked.
2. Duration: This engagement shall commence on April 25, 2023, and shall continue for a period of six
months, ending October 25, 2023, unless terminated earlier as per the terms of this agreement.
3. Access to Employer's Account: During the term of this agreement, the Virtual Assistant (VA) shall be
provided access to the Employer's individual seller account on Amazon, solely for the purpose of
assisting with tasks related to the business. The Virtual Assistant (VA) acknowledges that this access is
granted exclusively for work-related activities.
4. Professional Plan Upgrade: In the event that the Employer's individual seller account achieves sales
volumes that warrant an upgrade to a professional plan on Platform, the Employer reserves the right to
initiate such an upgrade. Following the upgrade, the Virtual Assistant (VA) shall be granted user
permissions and access corresponding to the role assigned by the Employer.
5. Termination of Access: Upon conversion to a professional plan or the termination of this agreement,
the Virtual Assistant (VA)'s access to the Employer's seller account shall be promptly revoked. The
Virtual Assistant (VA) acknowledges that access is strictly limited to the duration of this engagement.
6. Compliance with Business Policies: The Virtual Assistant (VA) agrees to operate in accordance with
the Employer's business policies, guidelines, and practices. The Virtual Assistant (VA) shall conduct all
activities related to the Employer's account with professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.VA
also commits to providing his identity securely for the purpose of verification
7. Non-Compete Agreement: The Virtual Assistant (VA) agrees that he don’t have seller account and not
to establish or operate his own seller account on Amazon for the duration of this agreement.
8. Confidentiality: Both parties acknowledge and agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all
aspects of this engagement, including but not limited to business strategies, customer information, and
proprietary information.
9. Governing Law: This contract will follow the laws of Jurisdiction, without favoring any conflicting laws.
