Where is the connection between the database and the front page

I need the Registration button to be removed from the front page and for the CONTACT page to take you
to a form that is asking email and description regarding the contact

When the createAccount is accessed should open the the page for registration and asking email and
password to create the account.

A ADMIN account should be already created and to be able to see the status of every course, how many
students have enrolled for each course, all persons that have created an account
