SMOOTHIES
1 recipe/unit

Ingredients:
250 mL plain yogurt
½ banana
125 mL orange juice
125 mL frozen berries
15 mL honey

Method:
1. Ensure the blender is not plugged in.
2. Place all the ingredients in the blender.
3. Make sure the blender jar is firmly attached and locked into place on the base.
4. Plug the blender in.
5. Blend until smooth.
6. Unplug the blender.
7. Pour into a glass and serve cold.
