JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, RHEA JOY MAGHANOY, Filipino, of legal age, single, and a resident of
Alburquerque, Bohol, Philippines, and MARILYN BINALUYO, Filipino, of legal age, single
and a resident of Baclayon, Bohol, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

That we personally know ANGEL MAE MONTICINO AMARO as the legitimate

daughter of Spouses Samuel M. Amaro Jr. and Erna A. Monticino who was born on
November 27, 1990 at Mabinay, Negros Oriental;

That in the Certificate of Live Birth of ANGEL MAE MONTICINO AMARO

issued by the Office of the Civil Registrar General, NSO Manila, her Sex was erroneously
reflected therein as “MALE” instead of her correct and actual Sex which is “FEMALE”;

That the persons by the name ANGEL MAE MONTICINO AMARO who is
actually a woman and ANGEL MAE MONTICINO AMARO whose sex in her Certificate of
Live Birth is MALE, refers to one and the same person, that is the person ANGEL MAE
MONTICINO AMARO, the daughter of Spouses Samuel M. Amaro and Erna A. Monticino;

That we have personal knowledge of the personal circumstances of Spouses

Samuel M. Amaro and Erna A. Monticino because we know her as we are close family
friends;

That as such, we execute this Affidavit to certify or attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts for whatever legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.
