ISNAAD KI EHMIYAT
Isnad ka Lugwi Maaina :
‫ ُه َو َم ا اْر َتَف َع ِم َن‬: ‫ َالَّس َنُد ُلَغ ًة‬: ‫َقاَل اْب ُن َم ْنُظ وٍر ِفي الَّلَس اِن َو اْب ُن اْلَأِثيِر ِفي الِّنَه اَي ِة‬
‫ َو ِم ْنُه ُس ُنوُد اْلَق ْوِم ِفي اْلَج َب ِل َأي ُص ُع وُد ُه ُم‬،‫اْلَأْر ِض ِفي ُقُبِل اْلَج َب ِل َأِو اْلَو اِد ي‬

Ibn Manzoor Africi ne 'Lisan Al-Arab' mein aur Ibn Areer ne Al-Nahaya fi
Gareeb Alasar' mai likha hai

lughat mein SANAD se murad pahad ya waadi ka samnay wala woh


hissa jo zameen se buland ho, aur isi se ‫ ُس ُن وُد اْلَق وِم ِف ي اْلَج َبِل‬ka maaina
hai logon ka pahad par charhna

Isnad Ka Istalahi Maaina :

‫ اْلِإ ْس َناُد ِفي الِا ْص ِط لاِح ِح َك اَي ُة َط ِريِق‬: ‫َقاَل اْب ُن َح َج ٍر ِفي الُّنُز َه ِة َو الَّس َح اِو ُّي ِفي اْلَف ْتِح‬
. ‫اْلَم ْثِن‬

Hafiz Ibn hijr Al Asqalani '‫ 'نز هة النظر‬mein aur Imam Sakhawi
fatah Al-Mugees, mein likhte hain : Istalahi taur par 'ISNAAD' ka maaina
hai : Matan-e-Hadees ka tareeq (Rawiho'n ka silsila) bayan karna .

‫ َو اَل ُيْبِغ َض ِني ِإاَّل ُم َن اِف ٌق‬، ‫اَل ُيِح َّبِني ِإاَّل ُم ْؤ ِم ٌن‬, ‫ِإَّن َع ِلًّيا ِم ِّن ي َو َأَن ا ِم ْن ُه َو ُه َو َو ِل ُك ِّل ُم ْؤ ِم ٍن َبْع ِد ي‬
‫ُّي‬
Al Radd Ala Kazzab Ibn Kazzab 2 ‫ال رد اعلی کذاب ِاْبن کذاب‬

Kitab ullah se dala’il :


1)
‫َو َقاُلْو ا َلْن َّيْد ُخ َل اْلَج َّنَة ِاَّلا َمْن َكاَن ُھ ْو ًد ا َاْو َنٰص ٰر ى ۭ ِتْل َك َاَم اِنُّيُھ ْم ۭ ُقْل َھ اُتْو ا‬
‫ُبْر َھ اَنُك ْم ِاْن ُك ْنُتْم ٰص ِدِقْيَن‬
Aur (Ahley kitaab) kehte hain ke jannat mein hargiz koi bhi daakhil nahi
hoga siwaye is ke ke woh Yahodi ho ya Nasrani, yeh un ki baatil
umeeden hain, Aap farma den ke agar tum (apne daaway mein) sachey
ho to apni is khwahish par Sanad laao.

ٰٓ ‫ٰٓهُؤ َلۗا ِء َقْوُم َنا اَّتَخ ُذ ْو ا ِم ْن ُد ْو ِنٖٓه ٰاِلَه ًة ۭ َلْو َلا َي ْاُتْو َن َع َل ْي ِه ْم ِبُس ْلٰطٍۢن َب ِّيٍن ۭ َفَم ْن َاْظ َل ُم ِم َّم ِن‬
‫اْفَتٰر ى َع َل ي الّٰلِه َك ِذ ًب ا‬
Yeh hamari qaum ke log hain, jinhon ne is ke siwa kayi Mabood bana liye hain to yeh
un (ke mabood honay) par koi wazeh Sanad kyun nahi laate? so uss se badh kar Zalim
kon hoga jo Allah par jhoota bohtan bandhata hai -[Surah Kahaaf ayat no : 15]

Hadees-E-Mustafa :

، ‫ ِإَذ ا َكَتْب ُتُم اْلَح ِد يِث َفاْك ُتُبوُه ِبِإ ْس َناِدِه‬: ‫ َقاَل َرُس وُل الَّلِه‬: ‫ َقاَل‬، ‫َع ْن َع ِلِّي ْب ِن َأِبي َط اِلٍب‬
‫ َو ِإْن َي ُك َب اِط لًا َكاَن ِوْز ُر ُه َع َل ْي ِه‬،‫َفِإْن َّيَك َح ًّق ا ُك نُتْم ُش َر َكاَء ِفي الآُج ِر‬
‫ِك‬ ‫ِن‬ ‫يِن‬
‫َر َو اُه اْلَق ْز ِو ُّي َو الَّس ْم َع ا ُّي َو اْبُن َع َس ا َر‬.
Hazrat Ali bin Abu talib a.s se riwayat karte hain ke Rasool Allah s.w.s
ne farmaya : Jab tum hadees likho to usay is ki Sanad ke sath likha
karo. pas agar woh Haq Huwa to tum (usay agay pohanchanay ke) ajar
mein shareek ho jao ge aur agar baatil huwa to is ka boojh (tum par
nahi) usay bayan karne walay par ho ga. usay imam Qazwani, Simani
aur Ibn Asakir r.a ne riwayat Kiya hai.

Aqwaal-E-Sahaba :
‫ َس ِم ْعُت َع ِلَّي ْب َن َأِبي َط اِلٍب َو ُه َو ِفي‬: ‫ َقاَل‬، ‫َو ِفي ِرَو اَي ِة َأِبي ُس َك ْي َنَة ُمَج اِش ِع ْب ِن ُقْط َب َة‬
‫ َفِإ َّنَم ا ُه َو الِّديُن‬، ‫ اْنُظ ُر وا َع َّم ْن َتْأُخ ُذ وَن هَذ ا اْلِع ْل َم‬: ‫ َي ُق وُل‬، ‫ َمْس ِج ِد اْلُك وَفِة‬.
‫َرَو اُه اْلَخ ِط يُب‬
Ek Riwayat mai Abu Sakina Majashi bin Kutbah se marwi hai ki Inhone
Hazrat Ali bin Abu Taalib a.s ko Kufa ki Masjid mai yeh farmate huwe
suna : Gaur karo ki Tum kis Shakhs se apna yeh Illm (Hadees) hasil kar
rahe ho, Kiuke (Koi Aam Illm nahi, Balke) Deen hai.

Ise Khateeb Baghadadi ne Riwayat kiya hai.

Aqwaal-E-Tabaeen :

‫ َفاْنُظ ُر وا َع َّم ْن‬، ‫ ِإَّن هَذ ا اْلِع ْل َم ِد ْي ٌن‬: ‫ َقاَل‬،‫َو ِفي ِرَو اَي ِة الِإ َم اِم ُمَح َّم ِد ْب ِن ِس ْي ِريَن الَّتاِبِع ي‬
‫َتْأُخ ُذ وَن ِد يَنُك ْم‬
‫َرَو اُه ُمْس ِلٌم‬

Imam Muhammad bin Sireen Tabaee farmate hai : Yeh Ilm-E-Hadees


Deen hai lihazah tumhe dekhna chahiye ki tum kis Shakhs se Apna
Deen hasil kar rahe ho.

Ise Imam Muslim ne Riwayat kiya hai

‫ َو اَل ُيْبِغ َض ِني ِإاَّل ُم َن اِف ٌق‬، ‫اَل ُيِح َّبِني ِإاَّل ُم ْؤ ِم ٌن‬, ‫ِإَّن َع ِلًّيا ِم ِّن ي َو َأَن ا ِم ْن ُه َو ُه َو َو ِل ُك ِّل ُم ْؤ ِم ٍن َبْع ِد ي‬

‫‪Aqwaal-E-Muhaddiseen :‬‬
‫)‪1‬‬
‫َع ْن َع ْب ِد الَّلِه ْب ِن اْلُمَب اَر ِك ‪َ ،‬قاَل ‪ :‬اْلِإ ْس َناُد ِم َن الِّديِن ‪َ ،‬و َلْو َلا الِإ ْس َناُد َلَق اَل َمْن َش اَء َم ا َش اَء‬
‫َرَو اُه ُمْس ِلٌم‬
‫‪Hazrat Abdullah bin Mubarak (Al Mutawaffah 171 H) farmate hai :‬‬
‫‪Sanad-E-Hadees Umoor-E-Deen mai se hai. Agar Isnad na ho to har koi‬‬
‫‪apani Marzi se jo Chahta kehta phirta.‬‬

‫‪Ise Imam Muslim ne Riwayat kiya hai.‬‬

‫)‪2‬‬

‫َع ِن اْب ِن ُع َي ْي َنَة ‪َ ،‬قاَل ‪ِ :‬إَّن اْلَح ِد يَث ِبَل ا ِإْس َناٍد َلْي َس ِبَش ْي ٍء ‪َ ،‬و ِإَّن الِإ ْس َناَد ُد ُر ُج اْلُم ُتوِن ‪ِ ،‬بِه‬
‫ُيوَص ُل ِإَلْي َه ا ‪َ .‬رَو اُه اْلَخ ِط يُب اْلَب ْغ َد اِد ُّي ‪.‬‬
‫‪Ibn Uyaenah se Marwi hai unhone farmaya : Bila Isnad Hadees koi‬‬
‫‪Haisiyat hi nahi Beshaq Sanad ki haisiyat Mutoon ki sidi ki hai usi ke‬‬
‫‪Zariye hi Un Mutoon tak pohocha jata hai.‬‬

‫)‪3‬‬

‫َو َعنُه َأْي ًض ا‪َ ،‬قاَل ‪َ :‬كاَن ِفي الَّز َم ِن اْلَأَّو ِل الَّناُس َلا َيْس َأُلوَن َع ِن الِإ ْس َناِد َح َّتى َو َقَع ِت اْلِف ْتَنُة ‪،‬‬
‫َفَل َّم ا َو َقَع ِت اْلِف ْتَنُة َس َأُلوا َع ِن الِإ ْس َناِد ِلُيَح َّد َث َح ِد يُث َأْه ِل الُّس َّنِة َو ُيْتَر َك َح ِد يُث َأْه ِل‬
‫اْلِبْد َع ِة ‪،‬‬
‫‪َ.‬رَو اُه اْلَخ ِط يُب اْلَب ْغ َد اِد ي ‪.‬‬

‫ِإَّن َع ِلًّيا ِم ِّن ي َو َأَن ا ِم ْن ُه َو ُه َو َو ِل ُك ِّل ُم ْؤ ِم ٍن َبْع ِد ي ‪,‬اَل ُيِح َّبِني ِإاَّل ُم ْؤ ِم ٌن ‪َ ،‬و اَل ُيْبِغ َض ِني ِإاَّل ُم َن اِف ٌق‬
‫ُّي‬
Al Radd Ala Kazzab Ibn Kazzab 5 ‫ال رد اعلی کذاب ِاْبن کذاب‬

Imam Muhammad bin Sireen se marwi hai, woh farmatay hain : Pehlay
Zamane mai log Isnad ki Sehat ke baare mai nahi puchte thy, Yaha tak
ke (Waza Hadees ka) Fitnah dar aaya. jab yeh fitnah dar aaya to log
Isnad ke baray mai puchnay lagey. taa ke Ahle Sunnat ki hadees ko
agay riwayat kiya jaye aur Ahle Bidat ki Hadees ko tark kiya jaye.

Ise Khateeb Baghdadi ne Riwayat kiya hai .

‫ ِإَذ ا َرَو ْيَنا َع ِن الَّنِبِّي ﷺ ِفي‬: ‫ َقاَل‬، ‫َرَو ى اْب ُن اْلَأِثيِر اْلَج َز ِرُّي َع ِن اْلِإ َم اِم َأْح َم َد ْب ِن َح ْنَب ٍل‬
‫ َو ِإَذ ا َرَو ْيَنا َع ْنُه ِفي َفَض اِئِل‬، ‫ َتَش َّد ُد َنا ِفي الَأَس اِنيِد‬،‫اْلَح َل اِل َو اْلَح َر اِم َو الُّس َنِن َو اْلَأْح َك اِم‬
‫ َو َلْو َلا الَأَس اِنيُد َلَق اَل َمْن‬، ‫ َتَس اَه ْل َنا ِفي الَأَس اِنيِد‬، ‫اْلَأْع َم اِل َو َم ا َلا َي َض ُع ُح ْك ًم ا َو َلا َي ْر َفُع ُه‬
‫َش اَء َم ا َش اَء‬
Ibn Aseer Jazri ne Imam Ahmed bin Hambal se Riwayat kiya hai, unhon
ne kaha : Aur jab hum Halal-o- Haram Sunan-o-Ehkaam ke baray mein
Huzoor nabi Akram s.w.s se riwayat karte hain to Isnad mein Sakhti se
kaam letay hain, aur jab aap se Fazail Aamaal, ya jin riwayaato se nah
Hukum lagana saabit hota ho nah un se Hukum uthana saabit hota ho to
un ke baray mein hum Isnad mein Narmi bartte hain, aur Haqeeqat yeh
hai ke agar Isnad nah hoten to har shakhs jo chahta woh kehta phirta.

‫َرَو ى اْلَب ْي َه ِق ُّي َع ِن الِإ َم اِم َأِبي َع ْب ِد الَّلِه ُمَح َّم ِد ْب ِن ِإْدِريَس الَّش اِفِع ي ِرَو اَيَتُه َع ْن ُس ْف َي اَن ْب ِن‬
: ‫ َفَق اَل الُّز ْه ِر ُّي‬. ‫ َه اِتِه ِبلا ِإْس َناٍد‬: ‫ َفُقْل ُت‬، ‫ َح َّد َثِنَي الُّز ْه ِر ُّي َي ْو مًا ِبَح ِد ْي ِث‬: ‫ َأَّنُه َقاَل‬، ‫ُع َي ْي َنَة‬
‫َأَتَر َقى الَّس ْط َح ِبَل ا ُس َّلم؟‬

‫ َو اَل ُيْبِغ َض ِني ِإاَّل ُم َن اِف ٌق‬، ‫اَل ُيِح َّبِني ِإاَّل ُم ْؤ ِم ٌن‬, ‫ِإَّن َع ِلًّيا ِم ِّن ي َو َأَن ا ِم ْن ُه َو ُه َو َو ِل ُك ِّل ُم ْؤ ِم ٍن َبْع ِد ي‬
‫ُّي‬

Imam Baihaqi ne Sufyan bin Uyaena se Imam Abu Abdullah Muhammad


bin Idrees Al Shafa'i ki riwayat bayan ki hai ke woh farmatay hain : Ek
din Imam Zehri ne mujhe Ek Hadees Riwayat ki, mein ne kaha : Is ko
bila Isnad bayan karo to Imam Zuhri ne kaha : Kiya Tum Seedhi ke
baghair Chhat par charhna chahtay ho ?

Isnad Ki Taseer :
‫ َع ْن َع ِلِّي ْب ِن ُم وَس ى الِّر َض ا َع ْن‬، ‫َع ْن َع ْب ِد الَّس لاِم ْب ِن َأِبي َص اِلٍح َأِبي الَّص ْلِت اْلَه َر ِو ِّي‬
‫ َع ْن َع ِلِّي ْب ِن َأِبي‬، ‫ َع ْن َأِبيِه‬، ‫ َع ْن َع ِلِّي ْب ِن اْلُح َس ْي ِن‬، ‫ َع ْن َأِبيِه‬، ‫ َع ْن َج ْع َف ِر ْب ِن ُمَح َّم ٍد‬، ‫َأِبيِه‬
‫ َو َقوٌل ِبالَّلَس اِن َو َع َم ٌل بالأْر َكان‬، ‫ الِإ ْي َم اُن َم ْعِر َفٌة ِباْلَقْل ِب‬: ‫ َقاَل َرُس وُل الله‬: ‫ َقاَل‬، ‫َط اِلٍب‬
. ‫ َلْو ُقِر َء هَذ ا الِإ ْس َناُد َعلى َم ْج ُنون َلَبَر َأ‬: ‫َقاَل َأُبو الَّص ْلِت‬
‫َرَو اُه اْب ُن َم اَج ِه َو الَّط َبَر اِنُّي َو اْلَب ْي َه ِق ُّي َنْح َو ُه‬

Imam Abdul salam bin abi Saleh Al Harawih, Imam Ali bin Musa Al Riza
se, woh apne waalid (Imam Musa Al Riza) se, Woh Imam Jaffer bin
Muhammad se, woh apne waalid (Imam Muhammad Al Baqir) se, Woh
Imam Ali bin Hussain se, woh – apne waalid (Imam Hussain) se, woh –
apne waalid Hazrat Ali bin Abu Taalib se riwayat karte hain ke Huzoor
Nabi Akram s.w.s ne farmaya : Imaan Dil se (Allah taala ki) Maarfat
panay, Zubaan se Iqraar karne aur aaza se Amal (Saleh) karne ka Naam
hai. (Imam Ibn Majah ke Sheikh) Abu Salat Al Harawih farmatay hai :
Agar yeh Sanad -
‫ َع ْن َع ِل ِّي ْبِن‬، ‫ َع ْن َأ ِبيِه‬، ‫ َع ْن َج ْع َف ِر ْبِن ُم َح َّم ٍد‬، ‫ َع ْن َأ ِبيِه‬,‫َع ْن َع ِل ِّي ُب ُم وَس ى الّر َض ا‬
‫ن‬
‫ َع َع لي ب ابي طالب‬، ‫ َع َأ ِبيِه‬، ‫اْلُح َس ْيِن‬
‫ن‬ ‫ْن‬ ‫ْن‬
Padh kar kisi Pagal par Dum kiya jaye to Theekh ho jaega.
Ise Imam Ibn Majah aur Tabrani ne Riwayat kiya hai aur Imam Baihaqi
ne bhi isi Tarah ki Riwayat bayan ko hai.
‫ َو اَل ُيْبِغ َض ِني ِإاَّل ُم َن اِف ٌق‬، ‫اَل ُيِح َّبِني ِإاَّل ُم ْؤ ِم ٌن‬, ‫ِإَّن َع ِلًّيا ِم ِّن ي َو َأَن ا ِم ْن ُه َو ُه َو َو ِل ُك ِّل ُم ْؤ ِم ٍن َبْع ِد ي‬

Lafz e Mauzuh ka mazdar 'Wazah' hai uska Maaena baat Ghadna hai
-Misbah ul Lugat, Safa 951

Hafiz ibn Hajar Asqalani farmate hai : ‫' الموض وع‬Al-Mauzuh' ka Maaena
hai Chipkae huwi Cheez Kehte hai fulah ne Fulah par Wazah kiya yaani
uspar Chipka diya aur yeh Alfaaz Martabeh se Giradene ke maaene mai
bhi Mustaamal hote hai -Al Nuqat, safa no 357
Jo baat kisi se sabit na hoo woh us ki taraf Mansoob karna goya uski
taraf Zabardasti Chipka dena hai

Hadees-E-Mauzuh ki Istalahi Tareef


Imam ibn us Salah likhte hai :
‫ َو ُه َو اْلُم ْخ َتَل ُق اْلَم ْص ُنوُع‬: ‫اْلَم ْو ُض وُع‬
"Mauzuh Ghadi huwi Jhooti Hadees ko kehte hai" -Muqaddimah ibn Salah,
safa 27

‫ٰۤی َاُّیَہ ا اَّلِذ ۡی َن ٰاَم ُنۤۡو ا ِاۡن َج ٓاَءُک ۡم َفاِس ٌۢق ِبَنَب ٍا َفَتَبَّیُنۤۡو ا َاۡن ُتِص ۡی ُبۡو ا َقۡو ًۢم ا ِبَج َہ اَلٍۃ َفُتۡص ِبُح ۡو ا َع ٰلی‬
6﴾6﴿ ‫َم ا َفَع ۡل ُتۡم ٰنِدِم ۡی َن‬
Aey emaan walo ! agar koi fasiq tumharay paas koi khabar ley ker aaye,
to achi tarah tehqeeq kar liya kero, kahen aisa naa ho kay tum nadani
say kuch logon ko nuqsan phoncha betho, aur phir apney kiye per

Hazrat Ali bayan farmate hai : Huzoor ‫ ﷺ‬ne farmaya Meri taraf Jhooti
baat mansoob na karo Yaqeenan jisne Mujh par jhoot Bandha woh

‫َفَق اَل ‪ِ :‬ثَقٌة َفُقْل ُت ‪ :‬الْي َس َقْد َح َّدْت َع ْن َأِبي ُمَع اِوَي َة ‪َ ،‬ع ِن اْلَأْع َم ِش َأَنا َم ِد يَنُة اْلِع ْل ِم؟ َفَق اَل ‪:‬‬
‫َقْد َح َّد َت ِبِه ُمَح َّم ُد ْب ُن َج ْع َف ِر اْلَف ْي ِد ى َو ُه َو ِثَقٌة َم ْأُم وٌن َس ِم ْعُت َاَب ا َنْص ٍر َأْح َم َد ْب َن َس ْه ِل‬
‫اْلَف ِق يَه اْلَق َّباِني ِإَم اَم َعْص ِر ِه بَح اَر ى‪َ ،‬ي ُق وُل ‪َ :‬س ِم ْعُت َص اِلَح ْب َن ُمَح َّم ِد ْب ِن َح ِبيِب اْلَح اِفَظ ‪،‬‬
‫َي ُق وُل ‪َ :‬و ُس ِئَل َع ْن َأِبي الَّص ْلِت اْلَه َر ِو ِّي ‪َ ،‬فَق اَل ‪َ :‬د َخ َل َيْح َي ى ْب ُن َم ِع يٍن َو َنْح ُن َمَع ُه َع َل ى َأِبي‬
‫الَّص ْلِت َفَس َّلَم َع َل ْي ِه ‪َ ،‬فَل َّم ا َخ َر َج َتِبْعُتُه ‪َ ،‬فُقْل ُت َلُه ‪َ :‬م ا َتُق ْو ُل َر ِح َم َك اللُه ِفي َأِبي الَّص ْلِت ؟‬
‫َفَق اَل ‪ُ :‬ه َو َص ُدوٌق َفُقْل ُت َلُه ‪ِ :‬إَّنُه َي ْر ِوي َح ِد يَث اْلَأْع َم ِش ‪َ ،‬ع ْن ُمَج اِهٍد ‪َ ،‬ع ِن اْب ِن َع َّباٍس َعن‬
‫الَّنبِّي َص َّلى اللُه َع َل ْي ِه َو َس َّلَم أَنا َم ِد يَنُة اْلِع ْل ِم‪َ ،‬و َع ِلٌّي َب اُبَه ا ‪َ ،‬فَم ْن َاَر اَد اْلِع ْل َم َفْل َي ْأِتَه ا ِم ْن‬
‫َباِبَه ا‪َ ،‬فَق اَل ‪َ :‬قْد َرَو ى هذا َذ اَك اْلَف ْي ِد ُّي ‪َ ،‬ع ْن َأِبي ُمَع اِوَي َة ‪َ ،‬ع ِن اْلَأْع َم ِش ‪َ ،‬ك َم ا َرَو اُه َأُبو‬
‫الَّص ْلِت‬

‫‪Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Abaas farmate hai Rasool Allah ne Irshad Farmaya‬‬

waha nikle to mai bhi waha se nikal aya maine un se kaha Abu Salat ke
baare mai Aap ki kiya Raa'e hai inhone Kaha Woh "Sudook" hai maine
kaha woh to Amashk ke waaste se Mujahid ke Hawale se Abdullah Ibn
Abbas ki Riwayat bayan karte hai Rasool Allah ne Irshad Farmaya "Mai
Ilm Ka Shahair hu Ali uska Darwaza hai IS liye jo Shahir mai Ana Chahe
woh Darwaze se aae" Inhone Kaha Yeh Hadees Abu Salat ki Tarah Al
Faidi ne Abu Muawiya ke waaste se Amashk se Riwayat ki hai.

Abu Muawiya ke hawale se bayaan ki hai
Imam Hakim kehte hai ‫ َر ِح َم ُه ٱلَّٰل ُه‬Us Ilm se Dilchaspi rakhne walo'n ko
pata hona chahiye ki Hussain Bin Faham bin Abdul Rehman "Sikah" hai
Mamoon hai aur Hafiz hai.

kiya gaya to unhone farmaya isko Imam Hakim r.a ne Al Mustadrak mai
Zikr kiya hai aur kaha hai ki yeh Hadees 'Sahih' hai, aur Abu Farz Ibn
Jauzi ne unki Mukhalifat ki hai aur Usko Al Mauzua'aat mai darj kar diya
hai aur kaha hai ki yeh Kazab hai aur jo baat durust hai woh un dono ke
Khilaaf hai,Beshaq ye Hadees, Hadees-e-Hasan ki Iqsaam se hai jo ki
Sehat ki taraf Tarraqi nahi kar sakti aur Naa kazab ki taraf Tanzeeli kar
sakti hai aur Is baat ki wazahat tawilaat Talab hai bahar Haal is Sisle mai
Muta'ammid qaul yeh hai ki Hadees HASAN hai

(8) Hafiz Ibn hajar Al-Asqalani ek Muqaam par likhte hai : Is Hadees ki
Kaseer Sanad hai jo Imam Hakim ne Al-Mustadrak mai Zikar kiye hai
aur yeh Tamam Sanade kamas kam is Amr par Dalalat karti hai Is
Hadees ki Asal Zaroor hai lihaza is ko Mauzuh Kehna Durust nahi

(9) Al Imam ibn Hajar Al-Haitmi Al-Makki r.a likhte hai : Baaz Muaqiq
Mutakhireen jinka Ilm-ul-Hadees mai Dastaraf hai us taraf gaae hai ki

chuke Hadees Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Abbas ‫ رض ي الله عنه‬se Riwayat hai ki
Rasool Allah ne Irshad Farmaya : "Mai ‫ ﷺ‬Ilm Ka Shehar hu Ali  uska
Darwaza hai IS liye jo Shahir mai Ana Chahe woh Darwaze se aae".
Inhone aakhri Jumla yeh likha, aur In sab se Haseen Tareen Ibn Abbas ki
Hadees hai balke woh HASAN hai

Mutaala huwa to maine Allah tala ki Baargah mai Istikhara kiya ki woh
mujhe Is Hadees ke asal bartabah se aagha farmai to maine is Hadees

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Nabi-e-Kareem se riwayat karte hai :
Aap ne farmaya : "Tumhare pass Meri taraf se (Mansoob shuda)
Mukhtalif Ahadeese pohochegi so joh Tumhare pass Quran-E-Paak aur
meri Sunnat ke Muafiq Pohoche (Jaanlo ke) woh Meri taraf se hai, aur
joh Tumhare pass Quran-e-Paak aur Meri Sunnat se Mutasaddam Qaul
pohche To (jaan lo) ki Woh Meri taraf se nahi hai.

Hazrat Yahya Bin Saeed Al-Qataan farmate hai :
. ‫َلْم َتَر الَّص اِلِح ْيَن ِفي َش ْي ٍء أْك َذ َب ِم ْنُه ْم ِفي اْلَح ِد يِث‬
"Humne (Naam Nihaad) Salaheen ko Hadees se Ziyada kisi Cheez mai
Jhoota nahi dekha". -Sahih Muslim, safa-10

Ismail bin Ali bin Musniyah Al - Istarah Baazi Al-Waaiz
(Al-Mutawaffah : 448 H.H) Muhaddiseen ki Adalat mai

Madina tul Ilm ‫ َص َّل ى ٱلَّٰل ُه َع َل ْيِه َو آِلِه َو َس َّل َم‬ka Baab hoona
Sayidna Ali ‫ َع َل ْيِه ٱلَّس اَل ُم‬ki Khussiyat hai jin logo'n ko yeh Khussiyat
pasand na aae inhone is Khussiyat ki Nafi (Inkaar) ki, kisi ne Taweel ki
jab bas na Chala to khud isi Hadees mai apni Taraf se Izafa karne se
baaz naa aae aur phir is ke Muqable mai Mauzu Riwayat pesh ki jis
(Shakhs) Maloon ne apni Taraf se Is Hadees mai Izafa kiya tha uska
naam Ismail bin Ali bin Musniyah Al - Istarah Baazi Al-Waaiz yeh
Shakhs 448 H.H mai Mara thaa.

Hafiz Ahmed bin Ali bin Muhammad ibn Hajar Asqalani ‫ َر ِح َم ُه ٱلَّٰل ُه‬uski
Halat mai likhte hai : "Gaish bin Ali bin Al Suri Bayaan karte hai ki hume
Sahal bin Hashar ne apne Alfaaz mai kae baar bayaan kiya ke Ismail
Damascus mai Waaiz karta tha : Ek martabah ek Shakhs ne Khade ho
kar Hadees "Ana ‫ ﷺ‬Madina ul Ilm Wa Ali Baab hu Ha" Ke Mutalliq
dariyaft kiya to woh Kehne laga :

‫ وعثمان‬،‫ وعمرحيطانها‬،‫ أنا مدينة العلم وأبو بكر أساسها‬:‫ وإنما هو‬،‫هذا مختصر‬
‫ فسألوه أن يخرج لهم إسناده فوعدهم به‬:‫ قال‬.‫ وعلي بابها‬،‫سقفها‬

Yeh Mukhtasar hai aur Puri Yuh hai "Mai Ilm ka Shahar hu Abu Bakar
uski Buniyad hai aur Umar uski Diwaar hai aur Usman uski Chaht aur Ali
uska Darwaza hai"

Sahal Kehte hai : ki logo'n ne jab usse Sanad ka Mutaalba kiya to usne
unse wada kiya

kiya, Tareekh-e-Damishk, Jild no 9, pg no 20.

Woh Wada hi kiyaa jo Wafa na hoo


Jhute Shakh ka kiya Wada ??
Phir yeh Shakh Jhuta nahi Balki Kazzab Ibn Kazzab hai Chunaanche,
Imam ibn Samani likhte hai :
‫كان يقال له كذاب ابن كذاب‬
“Usko Jhuta Jhute ka beta kaha jaata thaa”

Hafiz ibn Hajar likhte hai : Abdul Aziz Al Naqqashbi, Shafa ibn Abu
Awana, Abu Saad ibn Abu Bakar Al Ismaili, Imam Hakim, Imam Sulami,
aur Abul Fazal Al Quzai aur Dusre Hazrat Farmate : hai ki yeh Kisse
bayaan karta hai aur Jhoot boolta tha aur Uske Cherah par Muttaqeen
waali Alamat nahi thi.
Naqqashabi Farmate hai mai Abu Nasar Ubadullah bin Saad Al Shajzi ke
paas Makka tul Mukarrama mai Hazir huwa to uske Mutalliq pucha to
inhone Farmaya : woh Jhoota Jhute ka beta hai Na Usse Hadees li jaati
hai aur Naa hi Uski koi Izzat hai maine uski aur uske baap ki Hadees ki
Tahqeeq ki to maloom huwa ke woh mangadath matano ko Sahih
Sanadon par Chadha deta tha
Imam Zahabi likhte hai ki :
.‫ مزقوا حديثه بين يديه ببيت المقدس‬:‫قال ابن طاهر‬
Ibn Tahir Kehte hai ki logo'n ne uske Rubaru Bait-ul-Maqdas ke andar
uski Jhooti Ahadeese Pahaad daali thi.

‫ َأْح َض ُر وا َج ِم يَع َم ا َكَتُبوا َع ْنُه‬، ‫َلَّم ا َظ َه َر ِلأْص َح اِبَنا ِك َذ ُب ِإْس َم اِع يَل ْب َن اْلُم َثَّنى‬
‫َو َش َّقُق وا َو َر َم ُو ا ِبِه َب ْيَن َي َد ْي ِه‬
Jab humare Saathiyon par Ismail bin Musniyah ka jhoot Aya huwa to
inhone joo kuch isse likha tha sara ka Sara le aaye aur usko Pahaad kar
uske aage phek diya

"Mai ‫ ﷺ‬Ilm ka Shahar hu Ali ‫ َع َل ْيِه ٱلَّس اَل ُم‬uska Darwaza hai,
aur Muwiya ‫ رض ي الله عنه‬us Darwaze ki Kundi hai"

Is Hadees ki koi Sanad hi nahi, Sanad ke Mutalliq padh ne ke liye Imam


Muslim ka Muqaddimah padhe.
Is kitaab ke Taweel hone ke dar se Qaraeen-e-Karaam ke zauk mai
kami na ho isi liye humne is kitaab ko Tool nahi diya
Abu Abdul Rehman Salmi bayan karte hain : "Mein Abu Abdullha al
Hakim ke Paas gaya jabke woh Abu Abdullha bin Karam ke pair-o-kaar
(followers) ke Zulm ke wajah se Aap ne Ghar mein Band hokar rahe
Gaye the : " ‫( "ال ُيمِك ُن ُه اْلُح ُر وُج ِإ َلى اْلَم ْس ِج ِد‬Unka Ka Masjid ke taraf nikal na
Mumkin nahi tha)
‫ َلْو َخ َر ْج َت َو ُم َل ْي َت ِفي َفَض اِئل‬: ‫ َفُقْل ُت َلُه‬، ‫َو َذ ِلَك َأَّنُه ْم َك َس ُر وا ِم ْنَبَر ُه َو َم َتُع وُه ِم َن اْلُخ ُر وِج‬
‫ َلا‬، ‫ َلا َي ِج يُء ِم ْن َقْل ِبي‬: ‫ َفَق اَل‬، ‫َه َذ ا الَّر ُج ل َيْع ِني ُمَع اِوَي َة َلا ُس َتَر ْح َت ِم ْن َه ِذِه اْلِم ْح َنِة‬
.. ‫ َلا َي ِج يُء ِم ْن َقْل ِبي‬، ‫َي ِج يُء ِم ْن َقْل ِبي‬
Aur Yeh Uss liye ke un logo ne unka mimber thod diya tha Aur bahar
nikal ne se mana kar diya tha , Mein ne Imam Hakim R.a Se arz kiya :
Agar Aap uss Shaks Yani Moviya r.a ke Fazail mein kuch riwayat karde
aur Imlà kara de , Tu Aap iss Musibat se Se nijat pa jayege .
Imam Hakim r.a farmate hain : Mera Dil Nahi manta, Mera Dil Nahi
Manta, Mera Dil nahi manta.

‫‪Humein Zahir bin tahir ne bayan kiya, unhon ne kaha : humein Ahmed‬‬
‫‪bin Hussain Baihaqi ne bayan kiya, inhen Abu Abdullah al-hakim ne‬‬

‫َو ُمَع اِوَي َة ؟ َفَأْط َر َف ُثَّم َقاَل ‪َ :‬أْي ْس َأُقوُل ِفيِه َم ا؟ ِإَّن َع ِلًّيا َكاَن َك ِثيَر اْلَأْع َد اِء َفَف َتَش َأْع َد اُؤ ُه َلُه‬
‫َع ْي ًب ا َفَل ْم َي ِج ُدوا‪َ ،‬فَج اُءوا ِإَلى َر ُج ٍل َقْد َح اَر َبُه َو َقاَتَل ُه َفَأْط َر ْو ُه ِك َي اًد ا ِّمْنُه ْم َلُه‬

inhen Mohammad bin Ali al - fatah ne bayan kya hai, inhen Imam daar
Kutni ne bayan kiya hai, inhen Abu Al-Hussein Abdullah bin Ibrahim bin
Jaffer bin Nayar Albizaz ne bayan kiya hai, inhen Abu Saeed bin Al
Harafi ne bayan kya hai, inhen Abdullah bin Ahmed bin Hanbal ne bayan
kiya hai, woh farmatay hain : Mein ne–apne Waalid-e-Mohtaram (Imam
Ahmed bin Hanbal) se arz kiya : Aap Syedna Ali Al Murtaza  aur Hazrat
Muawiya ‫ رض ي الله عنه‬ke mutaliq kiya farmatay hain is par unhon ne
(sochnay ke andaaz mein) apna sir jhuka liya, phir sir utha kar farmaya
: Mein unn dono ke baray Mein kiya kahoon Syedna Ali  kaseer Al
Aadah (bohat dushmanon walay) thay, un ke dushmanon ne un ke Aaib
Talaash kiye inhen kuch haath nah aaya. phir woh uss shakhs ki taraf
Mutwajjah hue jis ne un se Jung aur Larai ki thi so unhon ne apni taraf
se saazish ke tehat un ki tareef Mein Mubaligha aarai shuru kar di.

Imam Abd Al Haiyah bin Imad Al Hambali Imam Nasa'i ke halaat Mein

Hazrat Muawiya ‫ رض ي الله عنه‬aur jo kuch unn ke fazail Mein riwayat


kiya gaya hai uss ke mutaliq sawal kiya gaya to unhon ne farmaya :
Kiya Hazrat Muawiya ‫ رض ي الله عنه‬agar is baat par raazi nahi ke woh
barabar barabar nikal jayen chay jayikih inhen fazeelat di jaye, aur
dusri riwayat mein hai ke unhon ne farmaya : Mein unn ki koi fazeelat
nahi jaanta, siwaye is hadees ke ke "Allah un ka Pait na Bhare"

Is Hadees ko Imam Muslim ne apni (Sahih) ki kitaab Albar AlSalat mai

‫ َأَّلا َص َّنْف َت ِفي َفْض ل الَّص َح اَب ِة‬: ‫َو َأْكَثَر ِرَو اَيَتُه ِفْي ِه َع ِن الِإ َم اِم َأْح َم َد ْب ِن َح ْنَب ل َفِق ْيَل َلُه‬
‫ َد َخ ْل ُت ِد َم ْش َق َو اْلُم ْنَح ِر ُف َع ْن َع ِلٍّي َك ِثيٌر َفَأَر ْدُت َأْن َي ْه ِد َيُه ُم اللُه ِبَه َذ ا‬: ‫ َفَق اَل‬،‫ِك َتاًب ا‬
‫ َو َكاَن ِإَم اًم ا ِفي اْلَح ِد ْي ِث ِثَقٌة َثبًتا َح اِفًظ ا ِاْنَتهى َك َل اُم اْب ِن اْلِع َم اِد‬، ‫اْلِكَتاِب‬

(Imam Nasa'i chunkay Muhib Ahl-ul-Bait thay is liye) woh log inhen
zado kob karne lagey, musalsal un ke foton par zarbeh lagatay aur
badan par paon se thukrain maartay rahay. phir inhen isi haalat mein
utha kar Makka Al Mukarramah le jaya gaya jahan un ki Shahadat ho
gayi, aap Safwah Marwah ke darmiyan madfoon hai. Hafiz Abu Naeem
Asbahani farmate hai : Jab unhen laton se mara gaya to woh isi maar se
Shaheed ho gaye, aur is ka sabab yeh tha ke unhone ne syedna Ali bin
abi Taalib  aur Ahl-ul-Bait karaam ki shaan mai kitaab Al Khasais
tasneef farmai thi aur is mai aksar riwayaat Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal se
naqal farmaen to un se poocha gaya :
Kiya aap ne Sahaba karaam ‫ رض ي الله عنه‬ki Shaan mai bhi koi kitaab likhi
hai ?

unhon ne farmaya : Mein Dimashq mein aaya to bohat se logon ko syed


na Ali Al Murtaza  se munharif paaya, so mein ne chaha ke Allah taala
un logon ko is kitaab ke zariye Hidaayat de. Aap Hadees ke Imam thay,
Siqha thay, mazboot thay aur Hafiz thay. Ibn Al Imaad ka kalam
Ekhtataam Pazeer huwa.

‫ َو َقْد َو َر َد ِفي َفَض اِئِل ُمَع اِوَي ٌة َأَح اِد ْي ُث َك ِثيَر ٌة َلِكْن َلْي َس ِفيَه ا َم ا َي ِص ُح ِم ْن‬. ‫ِم َّم ا َلا َأْص َل َلُه‬
‫ َو ِبَذ ِلَك َج َزَم ِإْس َح ُق ْب ُن َر اْه َو ْي ِه َو الَّنَس اِئُّي َو َغ ْي ُر ُه َم ا‬، ‫َط ِرْيِق اْلِإ ْس َناِد‬
Hafiz Ibn hijr Asqlani is kalaam ko naqal karne ke baad farmatay hain :
Is se unhon ne un be asal Riwayat ki taraf isharah kya hai jo logon ne
Hazrat Muawiya ke fazail mein ghari theen. Fazai'l-E-Muaviyah ‫رض ي الله‬
‫ عنه‬mein bakasrat riwayaat warid hui hain lekin un mein se koi riwayat
aisi nahi hai jis ki Sanad Sahih ho, yahi Imam Ishaq bin Rahweh, Imam
Nasa'i aur dosray Ulama-e-Hadees ka qatee Qoul hai.

Allama Balaazri ne apni Sanad ke sath Imam Abdullah bin Mubarak se
Riwayat kiya hai, kaha ke Mujhe Hussain bin Ali bin Aswd ne Bayan kiya
hai, unhone Yahyah se Riwayat kiya unhone Abdullah ibn Mubarak se
bayan kiya ke unhone farmaya : Kuch loog Fazail-e-Muawiya ‫رض ي الله‬
‫ عنه‬ke Mutalliq Sawaal karte hai halaanke...

‫ َو َلْم َي ُق ْل َفِض ْي َل ًة َو َلا َم ْنَق َب ٌة‬، ‫ِذ ْك ِر ُمَع اِوَي َة‬ ‫ َب اُب‬: ‫ َفلَذ ِلَك َقاَل‬،‫َر اَه َو ْي ِه َو الَّنَس اِئُّي َو َغ ْي ُر ُه َم ا‬
Allama Badaruddin Aini Hanafi farmatay hain : Agar tum ne yeh kaho ke
Hazrat Muawiya ‫ رض ي الله عنه‬un ki shaan mein to bohat si Ahadees
warid hui hain, to mein jawab mein yeh kahoon ga : jee haan, lekin un
Ahadees mein sanad ke aitbaar se koi hadees bhi Sahih nahi hai, isi
muaqqaf ko Imam Ishaq bin Rahweh, Imam Nasa'i aur deegar
Muhaddiseen ne bayan kiya hai. isi liye Imam Bukhari ne Zikar-E-
Muawiya ‫ رض ي الله عنه‬ka baab, kaha hai, Fazail aur Munqabat Muawiya
ka baab nahi kaha.

Allama Ibn Taimiyah hi Ek aur maqam par likhte hain : Ek giroh ne


Hazrat Muawiya ‫ رض ي الله عنه‬ke liye fazail gharrey hain aur unhon ne is
Silsilay mein Huzoor Nabi Akram ‫ ﷺ‬se Ahadees riwayat ki hain jo sab
ki sab mann gharat aur jhooti hain.

‫ َلا يصح في َفَض اِئل ُمَع اِوَي َة ْبن أبي ُس ْف َي اَن َع ِن‬: ‫ َقاَل ِإْس َح اُق ْب ُن َر اَه َو ْي ِه‬. ‫اْب ِن َأِبي ُس ْف َي اَن‬
‫الَّنِبي َش ْي‬
Allama Ibn Qaim bayan karte hain : unhi (Mauzuaat) mein woh riwayaat
bhi hain jo Hazrat Muawiya bin Abu Sufyan ‫ رض ي الله عنه‬ke fazail mein
Ahle Sunnat ke baaz Nadaano ne waza ki thi. Imam Ishaq bin Rahweh
farmatay hain :
Fazeelat Muawiya bin Abu Sufyan ‫ رض ي الله عنه‬se mein Huzoor Nabi
Akram ‫ ﷺ‬se koi Sahih cheez saabit nahi hai.

qaim kiya hai Munqabat (Fazilat-e-Muaviya) ka baab qaim nahi Kiya, kyunkay Hazrat
Muawiya ‫ رض ي الله عنه‬ke fazail mein koi cheez Sahih nahi hai, Imam Ishaq bin Rahweh
ne bhi yahi farmaya hai.

Sufiyan ‫ رض ي الله عنه‬ke fazail mai warid shuda Ahadees mein se bohat
hi kam (Sahih) saabit hoti hain.

wala jaha tamaam Kazzabo'n se bada Kazzab hai waise hi uski
Kazzabiyat uske Lafaaz se Zahir hoti hai aur waise Alfaaz ke chunau
mai bhi aese galti kar jata hai ke jhoot khud Zahir nazar ata hai.

Yeh Zair-e-Behes Hadees Ghadne waale se bhi ye Sangheen galti huwi


ke usne Hazrat Abu Bakr As-Siddiq ke Mutaqqil jo Alfaaz apni Taraf se
Ghade hai unhi se uska Kazzab zahir ho raha hai woh Alfaaz yeh hai :
"Abu Bakr Asasuha" (aur Abu Bakr us Sehar ki Assas hai) Assas
Buniyaad ko Kehte hai, aur Is Hadees mai Madina (Shehr) Huzoor ‫ ﷺ‬ko
kaha gaya hai

TO KIYA SIDDIQ-E-AKBAR ‫رضي هللا عنه‬


NABI-E-KAREEM ‫ ﷺ‬KI BUNIYAAD HAI ???

‫ َو اَل ُيْبِغ َض ِني ِإاَّل ُم َن اِف ٌق‬، ‫اَل ُيِح َّبِني ِإاَّل ُم ْؤ ِم ٌن‬, ‫ِإَّن َع ِلًّيا ِم ِّن ي َو َأَن ا ِم ْن ُه َو ُه َو َو ِل ُك ِّل ُم ْؤ ِم ٍن َبْع ِد ي‬

Hazrat Abu Hurairah ‫رض ي الله عنه‬
se Riwayat hai ki

ne farmaya : "Tumhare pass Meri


taraf se (Mansoob shuda) Mukhtalif
Ahadeese pohochegi so joh Tumhare
pass Quran-E-Paak aur meri Sunnat
ke Muafiq Pohoche (Jaanlo ke) woh
Meri taraf se hai, aur Joh Tumhare
pass Quran-e-Paak aur Meri Sunnat
se Mutasaddam Qaul pohche To (jaan
lo) ki Woh Meri taraf se nahi hai".
