S109 & S111 INSTRUCTIONS

1.0 COMPONENT LIST (as received)

(1) Wall Stand Carton: includes column, counter weight, and pulleys

(1) Accessory Carton:

(1) Vertical slide assembly with two (2) “bars” four mounting film cabinet
and electric locks

2.0 ELECTRICAL RATINGS

Power Supply – input: 120 VAC (continuous power), ½ amp maximum

- output: 24 VDC, 1 amp maximum

Electric Locks – Two (2) electro-magnets rated 24 VDC, 6 watts

3.0 ASSEMBLY NOTES

1) All required fasteners should be found attached to the part they are used on.
2) Unpack and inspect all parts prior to assembly.
3) WARNING - To avoid possible injury, do not insert fingers or hands into
counter weight access openings on sides of column.

4.0 WALLSTAND ASSEMBLY STEPS

1) Attach floor plate.

2) Install vertical slide, attach cables, spread pulleys and retaining clips.
3) Attach to wall and floor with appropriate fasteners (not supplied).
4) Stand unit up and attach to wall and floor.
5) Reverse handle and switch if necessary.
6) Connect power to vertical slide, test and adjust locks (See Figure 1).
7) Mount film cabinet.
8) Install wall stand cap.
9) Insert trim weights as required.
10) Mount side covers.

ELECTRIC BRAKE ADJUSTMENT

1) Loosen the nut.
2) Turn the screw clockwise to move the magnet closer to, or counter clockwise to
move away from brake strip of tubestand and tighten nut.
3) Magnet should be adjusted so that it is as close as possible to brake strip without
dragging (approximately 1/32” gap).
