MANIFESTATION AND MOTION FOR ISSUANCE OF

SECOND NOTICE OF HEARING

COMES NOW, Applicant/Movant through the undersigned counsel, unto

the Honorable Board, most respectfully alleges:

1. Applicant/Movant filed an Application for the Issuance of Certificate

of Public Convenience a Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS)
under the Transport Network Company (TNC) JoyRide eCommerce
Technologies Corporation with the use of one (1) unit.

2. The first Notice of Hearing for the presentation of the

Applicant/Movant’s Formal Offer of Evidence was issued by the
Honorable Board, ordering the publication of the same.

3. Regrettably, the Applicant/Movant failed to publish the subject notice

within the prescribed period, resulting to the non-compliance with the
LTFRB Rules of Procedures’ jurisdictional requirement.

4. In the name of equity and public service, Applicant/Movant

respectfully requests from the Honorable Board that a Second Notice
of Hearing be issued, allowing for the former to comply with the
publication of the same and proceed with the presentation of the
Applicant/Movant’s Formal Offer of Evidence.

5. Applicant/movant undertakes to observe and abide with the Public

Service Act, as amended, together with the other pertinent rules and
regulations duly executed by the Honorable Board.
