MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Opening

The Virtual Meeting of San Jose National High School Staff Team was held last April 23, 2021 at 9:00
AM.

Presents were:

Principal, Head Teachers, Chairmen, Grade Level Coordinators, SHS Coordinator and Subject Group
Head, ICT Coordinators and M& E Coordinators from JH at SH.

The following were transcribed in the meeting:

Ms Ma. Cristina R. Arellano was the facilitator for the meeting. It started with a prayer led by Ms.
Cathlyn Santos followed by the checking of attendance and online “kamustahan”.

AGENDA:

 Schedule of Activities related to Learners’ Grade for the Second Quarter

 Agenda for HRPTA Meeting
 E-Distribution of Report Card
 Recognition Day
 Data on Learner’ Grade for Q2

Dr. Rowena B. Sison gave a short message related to the teacher’s task and having a good vibe in the
amount of work entrusted to them.

The given schedule is clear and detailed regarding the activities related to the learner’s grade.

Also remind the teachers to give a simple activity to those students who are late in passing the output.

The final decision regarding on the students who will consider in the recognition day is the students
who already passed their outputs on time and gained the average of 90%. But the students who passed
their output after recognition day will still be accepted by the teacher. This information must be provided
to the students and parents.

Informed the advisers to prepare the master list of their students to get SF9.
The teacher needs to give options to students who are repeatedly reminded about passing of their
output for Quarter 1.

Follow the correct format of the certificates.

Recognition Day will be on May 22, 2021, Saturday at exactly 9 am, live at DepEd Tayo San Jose FB
Page and include it in Homeroom subject to gained views.

Recognition Day is not into just about giving an award but also providing information to the viewers
through infomercials.

The recognition day coverage of Junior High School is 2 nd quarter while in Senior High School is 1 st
semester.

Make a 5-minute video presentation by department in relation to the best outputs of the students to be
posted in FB page of DepEd Tayo San Jose.

The advisers need to be able to process learner’s data to validate the performance of the students and
school.
