Abstract: The Art of Design

The film explains the significance of architecture in our daily life. It also presents the
concept of hedonistic sustainability, which combines community, fun, and sustainable
ideas cause improving your quality of life is actually a part of sustainability.

Additionally, they believed that they could find a problem and come up in a
completely unproblematic way. Similar to the issue with money and budgeting, since
a large portion of the budget has been allocated aside for removing the top soil and
relocating it to another location. They therefore had the bright idea to leave the soil
alone and cover the entire area with a wooden deck. As I can see, they save time and
effort in along with money, which is actually an excellent thing.

I also particularly like the idea that a "small building with a small budget still has a
big impact” was stated in the film. Additionally, you could acquire something entirely
different with the same resources. I totally agree with the statement that "that's
definitely open people's way of thinking about architecture, what building could be,
and what it could do".

Therefore, I conclude that you usually reach a point when you lose your ability to be
smart while constructing something, when you keep going over the same things, or
when you get stuck refining a small detail without moving forward. At this point, you
need to go and get some new perspective with which you can come up with a better
plan of approach. There, you would actually find creative concepts and innovative
designs that might have a significant impact on the community we live in and the
individuals who utilize that place.
