Terms & Conditions

1. This limited time promotional offer ("Offer") is made available to you on www.swiggy.com or the
mobile application / mobile site thereof (collectively, "swiggy.com") is provided to you by National
Payments Corporation of India ("NPCI") and Bundl Technologies Pvt. Ltd ("Swiggy").

2. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the swiggy.com terms and
conditions (http://www.swiggy.com/terms-and-conditions), to which you agree to by using
swiggy.com.

3. The Offer is valid from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024, both dates inclusive

4. In order to avail the discount, RuPay Platinum Cardholder will have to use the promo code before
making the payment.

5. Offer valid for a single restaurant bill value only

6. This Offer is open to all residents of India holding valid and current RuPay Platinum Debit Cards
("Card") issued in India.

7. Under the Offer, every eligible Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, places order on

of Rs. 100, once per Card per month valid only on Friday of the calendar month
8. If a Card Holder's RuPay Platinum Debit Card is terminated at any time for any reason, whether by the
Card Holder or the Bank, the Card Holder will be disqualified from any discount after voluntary or
involuntary cancellation of the RuPay Platinum Debit Card.

9. By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agree that NPCI and Swiggy or any of their
affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer,
directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with
your use of products purchased under the Offer.

10. NPCI/ Swiggy reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason
whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary all or any of these Offer Terms or to replace,
wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

11. If Cardholder violates any of these Offer Terms, the Offer will be invalid and participation of such
violating Cardholder will be deemed withdrawn with immediate effect.

12. NPCI and Swiggy reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the benefits of the Offer if any
fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under this
Offer.

13. These Offer Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this
Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.

14. Any Cardholder is not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is
voluntary. This Offer is being made purely on a "best offer basis”.
15. NPCI/Swiggy may extend or withdraw the Offer, or modify or change any of the Terms and Conditions
at any time without prior notice and without any liability.

16. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by NPCI or Swiggy to conduct further, similar or other
offers.

17. Any person availing this Offer would be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions.

18. NPCI holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of
the goods or services offered/sold. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be
resolved by the Cardholder/s with Swiggy directly without any reference to NPCI.
