Madam:

Greetings of Peace and Love!

I, MR. RUDULA M. AMPER, Teacher II and currently assigned at Pagnitoan National

High School – Maribojoc, Bohol as Senior High School Science Teacher. I was also designated
as District Subject Specialist(DSS) in Science by the Division Office and currently performing as
School System Administrator and School ICT Coordinator.
This is to express my sincere intent to seek transfer from my present school assignment,
Pagnitoan National High School, Maribojoc, Bohol to Alicia Technical Vocational High School ,
Alicia, Bohol for the following reasons to wit:
1. That I am teaching in my present station for six (6) years with utmost dedication
and
much achievement;
2. That I am a bonafide resident and voter of Sudlon, Alicia, Bohol;
3. That I am traveling almost two (2) hours via Sierra Bullones - Malinao Dam - Pilar
Rd ,
Balilihan-Hanopol-Batuan Rd to Cortes-Maribojoc Rd and vice versa during
weekends.
Moreover, I am afraid of the possible incidents that will happen along my way, By
this,
I feel unsecured but prayer is the only power tool during my traveling time; and
4. That transferring to a nearer school from my residence causes me to spend more
time
for my senior citizen parents and to the whole family after work and for me to be able
to
take care and protect them from any circumstances and it would be very beneficial that
this request would be granted because I am the breadwinner of our family.

In view of the above mentioned reasons, and in consideration of my right and privileges,
I am positively hoping that you understand my situation and I am humbly appealing to your
office to consider my intention to transfer.
