    Jello Cookies

    1 (3oz) pkg. Jello


    2 1/2 cup flour
    3/4 cup shortening
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix everything together. Then, form the dough into small balls and place onto a
    greased cookie sheet.
    Next, take a drinking glass and dip the bottom in sugar, and press onto dough until
    flat.
    Bake at 350 degrees for at least 7 1/2 minutes.
