Scope of Work

The scope of work for this project includes the following:

 Replication of the website www.ventureblick.com to HubSpot CMS

 Migration of all content, including pages, images, and videos (if any)
 Language pages to be added apart from the English
o Korean
 Configuration of the HubSpot CMS settings

Timeline

The project will be completed within 3-4 weeks. The following is a tentative timeline:

 Week 1: Development of page designs on Hubspot CMS

 Week 2: Content migration & Configuration of HubSpot CMS settings
 Week 3: Testing and debugging, Domain Migration to Hubspot

Deliverables

The following deliverables will be provided at the end of the project:

 A replicated website in HubSpot CMS

 All content migrated from the old website
 Language pages
o English
o Korean
 Page to be created
o Home
o Startups
o Investors
o Advisors
o Services / Medical Advisory
 o About Us
o Featured pages (15 blogs + 3 Announcements)

Budget

The total budget for this project is $XXXX. This includes the cost of development,
migration, configuration and testing.

Approvals

This SOW must be approved by both parties before work can begin. Once approved,
a contract will be signed by both parties.

Changes

Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties before
they can be implemented.

Termination

Either party may terminate this SOW for any reason with written notice. In the event
of termination, any work completed to date will be paid for at the agreed-upon rate.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of this SOW will be resolved through mediation. If mediation
is unsuccessful, the parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules
of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

This SOW will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Govt India.
