f) Allow employees to access attendance and working hour information.
g) Provide access of authorized data, including progress reports, warnings, and request statuses.
3) Pay Roll
a) Track attendance, including overtime, for specific employees.
b) Manage early payments and employee loans.
c) Calculate salaries, including overtime adjustments and loan deductions.
d) Perform gratuity calculations.
e) Automate data collection from attendance machines or facilitate Excel file uploads for overtime
calculations.
4) Recruitment
a) Provide a public web form for gathering data with resume and question form.
b) Provide a private form for HR to upload data and resume manually.
c) In the application processing phase, HR and authorized individuals review and evaluate
applications.
