2.5 Documentation

2.5.1 Preservation record

The Preservation Records will, after being filled in and signed by Supplier in ProCoSys and verified by
Company or his Representative, document that preservation is performed in accordance with the projects
requirements.

One of the following codes will be given on the Preservation Record:

Status "OK"
This status means that the Supplier has completed the check items and there is no further work
associated with these inspections.

Status "PA"
This means that the Supplier has not completed all work or checks associated with this tag. "PA" means in
principal that work must be completed prior to delivery. If the supplier is unable to complete the work prior
to delivery, acceptance of the applicable equipment must be agreed with Company or his representative.

The outstanding work or checks shall be recorded on a Punch List by clicking on the Punch List button on
the screen and fill in the information.

If an inspection item on the Preservation Record is not applicable for the Supplier, the Supplier shall mark
this item with “NA”
