Officials are an essential part of sport. They ensure that the game/event is played fairly, in accordance
with the rules. Officiating can be fun, life-changing, contribute to leadership, personal development and
is a practical strategy for the sport and recreation industry to encourage people in a non-playing role to
stay involved in sport. That’s when United Women’s Volleyball Club was formed in San Isidro with 15
officers that will lead our club to ensure that our sport will motivate our fellow volleyball enthusiasts to
join competitions, develop sportsmanship among players and unite us.

In this regard, we, the officers of United Women’s Volleyball Club would like to ask your time to please
facilitate our induction ceremony at your most convenient time. Kindly help us, too, to conduct our
teambuilding activity at D’ Rock Resort. We also need your support for us to provide net, ball and score
board which can be used on our future events in Barangay San Isidro. We believe in your leadership and
admire your strategies in conducting programs such as volleyball leagues which makes us more
interested and acknowledged. Hoping for your favorable reply regarding our request.
