Assalamu alaykum Sir,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to you on
behalf of the ELITE Leadership Academy, an organization dedicated to providing
Muslim teenagers with the necessary skills and support to succeed in their personal
and academic lives. We are currently seeking faculty members who can serve as
mentors and leaders for our program, and we believe that your experience and
expertise would be invaluable in shaping the future of our young scholars.

As we navigate through these challenging times, Muslim teens face unique obstacles
and pressures that require special attention. Recognizing this, ELITE Leadership
Academy has developed a faith-based, comprehensive experiential learning program
that aims to equip Muslim teenagers with practical skills essential for success beyond
secondary school.

Rather than leaving the transition from secondary school to university to chance, our
program is designed to empower students to take charge of their expanded circle of
control. The ELITE Leadership Academy's Gap Year Program revolves around Life and
University Readiness, Entrepreneurship, Tech and Digital Literacy, and Islamic
Personality Building. Moreover, we offer personalized coaching and mentorship,
both during the program and beyond.

Our curriculum draws on evidence-based international frameworks such as the

Leader-in-Me for Leadership and Venture Lab for Entrepreneurship. Through a
unique project design, we provide Muslim teenagers who have completed their
secondary education with an exceptional opportunity to develop readiness for life,
university, and the future of work.

We offer an Academic Learning Path that includes Cambridge A' Level, SAT, and
other academic programs, as well as a Qur'an Pathway that focuses on Tahfeedh and
Muro'jah. Our aim is to ensure a holistic transformation for every student who
participates in our program. By combining valuable life and leadership skills with a
practical implementation pathway, we guide our students toward positive behavioral
patterns and empower them to thrive.

To ensure a lasting impact, we provide ongoing mentorship throughout their

university education. Our alumni platform connects them with a community of like-
minded individuals and Muslim professionals who offer support and guidance.
Additionally, we organize periodic programs, including a Career Readiness Course, to
assist students in transitioning successfully into the job market.

To enrich our program and provide an exceptional learning experience for our future
scholars, we are assembling a distinguished faculty. We believe that your presence
and expertise would greatly contribute to this amazing and rewarding project. As a
faculty member, you would have the opportunity to serve as a mentor and
potentially deliver modules, thereby making a significant difference in the lives of our
Muslim teens.
