    * Expense statements should be submitted to HO authorised by Senior by 7th of every month.


    * In a month everyone should work in their respective HQ for minimum 14 days , for any exception prior intimation & permission from senior is requird.
    * Ex HQ working is maximum 6 days allowed per month, for any exception prior intimation & permission from senior is requird.
    * Night Hault working is maximum 4 days allowed per month, for any exception prior intimation & permission from senior is requird.
    * All relavent supportings are required for Travelling & Night hault claims.
    * No one will purchase any samples without prior approval.
