2) Revision class discounts are valid until 20 October 2023. No further extensions of discounts will be granted.
3) SBL is a stand-alone single Package / Paper / Revision and is not included in the total number of
package/paper/revision**

Technical Aspects for Online Broadcast (Please read before you sign):

- Please consider following January 2024 intake if you are not considering December 2023 exam sitting. Reason is
because LSBF will not take into consideration for which exam sitting student is taking and will not extend the
access to the course materials validity period due to July 2023 intake class is targeting December 2023 exam sitting
(no exception case will be accepted)
- LSBF is using 'CANVAS' platform for 'Online Broadcast' and not the common or known used platform such as
'ZOOM' for instance.
- LSBF has been using 'CANVAS' platform since 'COVID-19' in March 2020, and it has been tested working fine in
Singapore (in terms of local Singapore network).
- Student will have to follow Singapore Schedule and to login online for the class at the designated Singapore time.
- Standard registration only allow student to attend the class one-time, regardless in campus or via online live
broadcast.
- If not able to follow the schedule, video recordings are not available for standard registration and there will be
no make-up class/video recording provided if student miss the class unless student upgrade to Premium.
- To be exact, there will be no video recordings available to Standard registration after each ‘Online Live Broadcast’
session has ended.
- To upgrade to Premium from Standard registration, DO NOTE that this will be double the course fee difference.
- All course materials will be removed from the canvas and student portal in end of December 2023 (valid for only
one semester/ one term with reference to exam sitting, December 2023 exam sitting in this case).
- There will be no exception case on negotiating in extending the access validity period. Personal reason will not be
taken into consideration for extension.
- Recommended electronic devices will be Desktop or Laptop.
- Recommended internet browser will be Chrome (other browsers will be subjected to compatibility in terms of
devices version, year of production and device settings for watching video).
- Browser such as Apple 'Safari' will require some ‘cookies’ to be enabled or devices settings setup, again this is still
subjected to device technology and student supposed to check their devices user manual for setup.
- We are not able to advice for electronics devices manufactured before 2018.
- Although mobile devices do work, this is still subjective to the product devices used (in terms of hardware and
software platform).
- LSBF will not be able to advise or comment on network coverage that is not physically located in Singapore. In this
case, student will have to check with their local telecommunication services (for data network/ mobile/ Internet) if
they face any "live broadcast/ streaming issue" such as interruption
- Refresh the website page if necessary or restart the electronics devices if problem persist.
- For technical support, kindly be advise that this only available from Monday to Friday (10am to 7pm).
- Any technical issue related to the class after 7pm will have to wait until next working day. Do take note for the
issue so that we can investigate.
- You may send an email to LSBF Academic Coordinators during weekday’s office hour (between 10am to 7pm,
Singapore Time).
- Alternative, you may call LSBF hotline at (+65) 6580-7700 from Monday to Friday (between 9am to 6pm, Singapore
time) regarding technical issue.
