Subject: Undertaking for short of attendance

Respected Sir,
I the undersigned, student of FY/SY/TY/B. Tech. (__________) wish to apologize
for having attendance less than 75% in the class for the part I of the year academic year
2022-23 up to __________. I am aware that as per the university examination rules, I have
to attend minimum 75% of the theory and practical classes for becoming eligible for the
grant of term, else I am likely to be detained for the term and will not be allowed to appear
the MSE-I examination.
I will complete my laboratory work and term work along with remedial work for
short of attendance before submission in this semester. I also promise that in future I will
attend the classes regularly. If in future my attendance is less than 75% in any of the course
(theory as well as practical), I may not be allowed to appear for the next examinations. I
request you to kindly grant me permission to appear for the coming MSE-1
