*FORMAT OF THE COURSES*
The courses are normally 90 days, with a weekly online class, but they
can also be done in the format of an intensive retreat (get in touch for
more info).

As well as the group classes, there is also a one-to-one support

component (at least 3 one-to-one sessions).

Prices of the courses vary between €297 and €1497, depending on

whether they are pre-recorded or live, and the level of support or
personalized mentoring that are included.

The trainings are composed of 9-month modules that empower you to be
able to host the GraceFlow and InspirationFlow 90-day courses as well as
workshops and retreats, at ever deeper levels of competence, confidence and
mastery.

During the 9-month programs we have two weekly online classes and also
(depending on the program) between 1 and 3 in-person retreats.

Prices vary between €2997 and €4997, depending on whether they are
pre-recorded or live, the number and length of the retreats that are
included, and the level of support or personalized mentoring that are
included.

*ABOUT PETER LITTLEJOHN COOK*
Peter’s super-power is helping people to bridge the ‘spiritual’ and the
‘material’ to experience embodied self-realization.

Integrating principles and practices from ancient Tantra, from lived experience,
and from somatic psychology, Peter shares practices that enable an
experience of embodied grace to arise spontaneously, and also more and
more consistently, even in the most challenging times.

A LITTLE MORE INFO:

After an early spiritual awakening and almost three decades of "integration",
studying meditation, energy-work, and the “yogic technology” of Kriya Yoga,
Peter has become known for teaching Yoga teachers, therapists and spiritual
seekers short but effective meditation and breathwork practices that can be
integrated day-to-day and in therapeutic practices for accessing the body's
wisdom for "self-regulation".

Peter is the director of the GraceFlow Academy, through which he provides

support to awakened souls, specially Yoga teachers, therapists, coaches, and
heart-centered entrepreneurs who have had an awakening and who also
recognize the importance of bridging the ‘spiritual’ and the ‘material’, the
sacred and the mundane, to sustain the experience of self-realization.

Peter is on a "mission" to empower compassionate rebels and

change-makers who feel the calling, the courage and the inspiration to
fully awaken their potential, to co-create “Heaven on Earth”, each in their
own unique and inspired way.
For this purpose Peter has dedicated himself to demystifying authentic
practices, using tantra, breathwork, meditation and gentle kundalini
awakening, sharing simple, but powerful tools for making peace with the body
and with the divine.
