Re: AY2022/2023 Year-End Holiday and Release of Progress Report

We have come to the end of the term. We trust that our teachers, students and parents have put
in our best effort towards attaining our academic goals.

Parent-Teacher Conference (Online)

We are pleased to invite you to attend the Online Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC). During the
PTC, parents and teachers will have the chance to review the student’s progress and discuss
ways to improve on his or her academic performance. The progress report will also be handed
out to you during this session.

Date: 21st July 2023 22nd July 2023

Time: Between 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm Between 9.00 am to 1.00 pm

Kindly indicate in the appended Google Form your preferred time slots so that we may arrange
a suitable schedule for your online meeting with the respective teachers. Students may attend
the meeting together with their parents.

School Holidays Break

Our school will be closed for the Year-End Holidays from 15th July 2023 to 28th August 2023.
During these holidays, there will be no live classes scheduled. However, homework or quizzes
may be assigned by the subject teachers. Your children are advised to check the School Portal
at the start of the holidays so that they can complete the assignments by the end of the
holidays.

Term 1 for the Academic Year 2023/2024 will start on 29th August 2023 (Tuesday). More
information on the class timetable will be provided as we approach the start date.

Updating of Fees
We kindly remind parents to ensure that all outstanding school fees are settled before the
collection of AY2022/2023 Annual Progress Report. It is important to clear any overdue or
outstanding invoices to avoid any delay in receiving the progress report. Thank you for your kind
understanding and cooperation in this matter.
