Cox’s Bazar with the Bangladesh Army and RTM International. Additionally, I had the privilege

My experience in Bangladesh Army, where I provided technical support in alignment with

1. My experience as a supervisor and coordinator in Health, Nutrition, and Family Planning-

focused projects will prove invaluable for the HGS-CXB OP.
2. I possess expertise in implementing GBV programs and have contributed to the
development of PSEA policies.
3. As an experienced manager, I excel in performance evaluation, analysis, report generation
and presentation.
4. I am skilled at meeting program indicators, ensuring top-tier service quality by motivating,
mentoring, conducting capacity building exercises, identifying gaps, and implementing
effective resolutions.
