Special Task Card: What would you say to yourself at the hour of your death?
I think that the best story of my life would be the time when I have passed the
November 2023 Civil Engineering Licensure Exams and that time when I first got a job. I don’t
think that I need to explain this, but the board exams’ the first hurdle after school, so passing
and getting that license is my most sought after. Then the first job, which gives me happiness
thinking that I can now give back to my family. There’re too many things that I think would be
the best story in my life but I’ll settle for these two things.
The memorable lesson would be since childhood was “keep the fire burning, yet feet on
the ground”. It has been taught in high school and ever since, it was my favorite life lesson. It
means that we must continue improving ourselves and our lives and yet, even if we’re at the
top we’ll always look back to where we’ve started. Also, another lesson that I’ve got throughout
my life was to invest to something or someone that would help you. Not to some things that
would end up being discarded.
If I am in my deathbed at an old age, I don’t think I can wish to live longer, and if ever I
could live longer, then I would support those who’re close to me. If I could live longer, I hope
that I can still play the games that I love. If I could live longer, I wish to travel the world. And if I
could live a little longer, I wish to die a peaceful death.
