From the three article in the context of bullying that i have read.
Bullying can occur in any setting, including the workplace, school, or
online, and can take the form of physical, verbal, or psychological
abuse. Victims of bullying may experience long-term physical,
psychological, and social effects. Bystanders of bullying are also
affected and can also play an important role in preventing or
stopping bullying. Schools and workplaces should take action to
create a safe and respectful environment by having effective policies
and procedures in place to address bullying.It is important for
everyone to understand their rights and responsibilities in order to
create a safe and respectful environment for all.
