HOLDING THE ARNIS (in fighting)


1. Hold the stick at the end tip.
2. 1 fist distance from the end of the stick

HANDA PUGAY
Hold the arnis in a horizontal position
HANDA sa Pag-pugay: Right leg, Close
Arnis stick on the left chest.

PUGAY: Bow head


Right Hand- holds the stick
Left hand – is place in the center of your chest at all times.

1. Left Temple Strike – With right forward stance 1. Left Temple Block
