“Dennis the menace”

Dennis the Menace is a comedy set in a quiet American town. Mason Gable plays the lead role as Dennis, the 8-year-
old boy who manages to catch a thief. T Walter Matthau is Mr Wilson, the man who lives next door to Dennis. The film is
directed by Nick Castle who manages to create incredibly funny scenes.
A thief steals gold coins from Mr Wilson and as he is running away he spots Dennis hiding in Mr Wilson garden. Dennis
is taken by the thief and their adventure begins. The film reaches a humorous climax when Dennis ties the thief up and hands
him over to the police. The acting is excellent. The plot is very entertaining. The film is full of hilarious scenes as its theme
successfully describes the children’s natural curiosity in a comical way.
Dennis the Menace is a film well worth seeing. Children of all ages as well as adults will love this funny story. Don’t
miss the chance to see it because it is sure to be one of the biggest comedy hits.
