PROJECT BACKGROUND AND HISTORY

2.1 ECO MARKER INC. MISSION STATEMENT

The company's goal is to supply an eco-friendly substitute of the standard

whiteboard marker to each consumer with high-quality products. We believe

that a whiteboard is more than just a writing surface - it's a tool for ideation,

collaboration, and communication. We will provide innovative and high-quality

whiteboard solutions to help individuals and organizations unlock their creative

potential. It seeks to increase the popularity of the benefit of employing

biodegradable ink made from food waste that is distributed throughout the

nation and is manufactured at high quality.

2.2 ECO MARKER INC. VISION & PHILOSOPHY

The vision behind creating a marker made from orange peel and

vegetable oil is to promote sustainability and reduce the environmental impact

of traditional markers. The philosophy behind this vision is to use natural,

biodegradable materials that are readily available and renewable, and to

minimize waste and pollution. The marker made from orange peel and vegetable

oil is an example of upcycling, where waste materials are transformed into useful

products. By using orange peels, which are typically discarded as waste, and

vegetable oil, which is a renewable resource, we can create a marker that is not

only environmentally friendly but also affordable and accessible.

The philosophy behind this vision is to promote a circular economy,

where waste is minimized, and resources are used in a sustainable manner. This

approach aims to create a closed-loop system where materials are reused,

recycled, or repurposed, and waste is reduced or eliminated. On that premise,

our company greatly bears an environmental duty to provide sustainable

solutions through innovation and to promote an ecological lifestyle among

people. By creating a marker made from orange peel and vegetable oil, we hope

to inspire others to think creatively about how they can use natural materials in

innovative ways to reduce waste, protect the environment, and promote

sustainability. Our vision is to promote a more conscious and responsible

approach to product design and consumption, where sustainability is at the

forefront of our decisions.

2.3 ECO MARKER INC.GOALS & OBJECTIVES

In order to fulfill the company’s vision, the following goals are to be

implemented:

To develop an innovative and sustainable product for environmental

benefits.

To identify potential markets for the sale of products that use eco-

friendly substitute for standard whiteboard markers.

To establish a network of suppliers and customers for the eco-friendly

substitute of the standard white markers.

To implement fair labor practices and ensure compliance with relevant

labor laws

To advertise the business nationwide and recruit additional franchisees

also a board member.

To manufacture a high quality product that will give benefits and satisfy

the buyers.

To routinely assess the condition of the materials and equipment

employed in manufacturing to produce products more efficiently.

To influence society to use eco-friendly substitutes for the environment.

In order for the goals to be achieved, the following objectives are to

implemented:

● Every three months, the company must introduce a new promotion to

every area of the country.

● Every six months, a review of each franchise's sales is required to

determine which branches need assistance.

● Every year, there must be a new marker product that will launch.

● Before the year ends, the online website and email account must be

updated.

● Every year, there must be a new business partner globally.

● Every year, maximum sales must be obtained.

● Every six months, a commercial is required to promote company.
