( If it is an area which you want to work

on, write how you intend to do this)

1. I pray to God/ I pray. I think that I should pray

more often and go to church so
I can make my faith stronger

2. I believe that if others can, I also can It comes with a condition

that whether I am able to
put the same amount of
hard work and can work
towards my goal with the
same determination and
perseverance, or even greater.

3. I accept the fact that problems are part of Problems are challenges that
life help a person grow, it just
depends on how I respond to
those challenges and how I will
decide to solve it.

4. I think of my goals in life Goals are what keeps me

going in life. Without them, I
would feel empty and not
know my purpose in this
world. I think of them
frequently and even the
possibilities that I might go
through.

5. I think of problems as learning For me, problems are
opportunities guidelines and not stop signs.
Experience teaches a person
best, so when I go through
something difficult, I will learn
its lesson and apply it to my
life.

6. I tell myself that I have to face my My parents will not be

problems independently around me forever. So
naturally, as each day goes by,
I’m getting older and so are they.
Although it is hard to accept the
fact that they will leave this
world when their time has come,
it’s no use denying it so I will
just spend time with them, love
them, and appreciate them
until that. They taught me
important lessons and opened
my eye that they will not always
be around so I have to learn
to do things by myself.

7. I do activities that I enjoy Activities that I enjoy doing

ease my stress and makes
me happy. Whenever I have a
heavy workload or tight
schedule, I always make sure
to have little rests so I won’t
breakdown and those activities
are what I do.

8. I tell my problems to my friends For me, it is healthy to share

about problems to friends but
I don’t share every single
problem that I face. They
have their own problems too.

When I feel really down or
need help is the only time, I
should tell them.

9. I need to continue living despite of my Like I said, problems don’t stop

problems me or discourage me. They guide
me. They make me strive harder
which makes me stronger.

10. I don’t take problems too seriously I won’t deny that sometimes
problems are bothering me, but
sometimes I’m just as carefree.
There is nothing wrong with not
taking problems that seriously
since not taking it seriously
sometimes helps me cope.
