Subject: Permission to participate in street dance practice

Respected Sir/Madam,

With due respect, I am writing this letter in order to request you to kindly allow
my ______________________________________________(Son/ Daughter) to participate in a
street dance performance which is to be held on 17th and 19th of September 2023
at SMNHS covered Court from 1pm to 4pm and confirm that we are not having
any objection related to the participation.

He/She will be practicing for the performance during 451 st Founding Anniversary
this September 21, 2023, at the Municipal Stadium, Guitnang Bayan I, San Mateo,
Rizal. From 9:00am-1:00pm (Break/ Lunchtime/ Free Period/ After school time). I
ensure this will not affect his/her performance in class and will complete all
his/her pending work.
