SANJERA BUNGBUNGTOT, a rice farming community in Mabanbanag, Vintar, Ilocos
Norte. Our community has been an integral part of the local agricultural landscape,
contributing significantly to the regional economy and food security. However, we are
currently facing a critical challenge that threatens our livelihoods - the lack of sufficient water
resources for irrigating our rice fields.

In light of these challenges, we humbly request your esteemed office support in the form of
financial assistance to facilitate the effective watering of our rice fields. Your contribution
would enable us to purchase GASOLINE and/or other Petroleum oil. With this we can
enhance the overall efficiency of our rice field watering activity.

We firmly believe that by collaborating with generous and forward-thinking office like yours,
we can overcome these obstacles and continue to provide a stable supply of high-quality rice
for our community and beyond. Your support would not only sustain our livelihoods but also
promote agricultural sustainability, rural development, and food security in our region.
