1. Where did you first know about this Exchange Program?


I had the opportunity to know about this exchange program thanks to instagram and influencers, I
saw some photos of the activities that are carried out and I was too pleased to know that there are
organizations that are committed to training and improving the performance of foreign people so
that they are better every time
2. What is the main reason that made you choose CAEP COLOMBIA?
I liked the idea that after my time at the university I could try new experiences and put into practice
my knowledge acquired through so much study, this motivated me to be more passionate about
my career and the work itself in which I perform

my height is 1.78 cm or 5,8 feet. Weight: my weight is 165 kg

Yes, because of my university time I had to go live in another city, I liked adapting since I could
learn how to survive being independent and taking advantage of my ability to function in my career

In these moments I feel very prepared and ready to beggined this great challenge that I want to
start when possible.

My parents know that I want to make an effort and prepare myself very strongly for my future and
they know that opportunities like these should be used to the maximum.

traineeship?
No, my family does not have a history with physical or mental problems
13. How is your Agricultural Education? (Where, which level, how many years,
specialization):
Currently I graduated from the Agricultural Engineering career in Guayaquil, I have five years of
studies, and all my life I dedicate myself to learning and learning more about the field, this being
one of my greatest passions, since I always saw this career as the most relevant for me and the
one I dedicate the most in my life
14. What type of farm would you like to work on? Why?
I would like to work on flower farms, because these plants are very important for trade in many
countries, and it requires a lot of labor and a lot of knowledge of the field, in turn I see it as an
opportunity to develop new crops and improve putting my skills and knowledge to the test
15. Are you prepared to do “hard” & “manual” work for long hours if needed?

16. Describe your Farm or practical experience:
I had the opportunity to carry out my practices in banana exporting farms, I learned the basic and
well-elaborated jobs of what represents the export of bananas during a vacation since I liked to
take advantage of the good fruit harvest season
17. How do you feel about working on the Weekends or Sundays if needed?
Applicant’s answer: There would be no problem, I am aware that the field does not have working
hours and if they require me in any way to help in the corresponding activities, I will do them
18. What expectations and goals do you have towards this International Exchange
Program?
My expectations are very high for this exchange, since I plan to improve my knowledge and skills
in the field, putting to the test this great challenge that is presented to me.

from what you are used to (at home in Colombia) and that adjustment might be inevitable?

I have studied English since I entered school, my parents always saw that interest and my
potential for English, my desire to improve myself and I thank them very much for putting that
effort into me, I know more than ever that all that effort they have made to my will be to use it now
in this venture of this new adventure
27. What are your future plans (next 5 to 10 years)? Please comment:
I really like to keep in mind that after five years of having had the opportunity to make the most of
this program, it has helped me a lot since it helped me reinforce my knowledge and my skills,
which I have always been careful and polishing during my time at university
