{ Before starting with extraction, login to ECC PRD, check the number of records in the MKPF - Header:

Material Document and BKPF - Accounting Document Header. MKPF is the source table
for 2LIS_03_BF and BKPF is for 2LIS_03_UM. This will give you an idea of the time-window required
for initialization. We have to have a downtime which is predefined. (We had a down time of 48 hours)
Take care not to lock the user that performs the data loading. (Ya…this still happens!) The whole data
loading procedure was done by around 60 hrs }

In BI Side

1. Lock the R3 Users.

2. Stop the BackGround Job in ECC ( SM37)
3. Trigger the Process Chain for the Inventory (immediately, so that the pending Queue will be
filled in the Info cubes.( 2 times)
4. Delete the Info Cubes Contents.
5. Delete the PSA requests

In R3 Side

1. Delete the Setup Tables (lbwg)

2. Check for any pending queue in R3 side still to be transported. RSA7 & SMQ1 & LBWQ. IF
any 2LIS_03_BF or 2LIS_03_UM request there just delete it

Filling Process from R3 to BI

1. Using MCNB tcode fill the Set up table for 2LIS_03_BX. this is the initiation process
of the closing stock as on that date.
2. Go to BI and do the init. For 2LIS_03_BX by using info package
3. Pull the data in DTP from PSA to info cube f
4. Compress (release) the request without the checkbox.( 2 Cubes)
5. Fill the Tables Parallel
6. Fill the setup table (OLI1BW) for date range (01.07.2016 till 24.11.2016) with all
stock including the valuated stock. This is for filling the data source 2LIS_03_BF.
7. Load the data to BW cube, do the INIT. Without data, and compress with Tick Mark.
( 2 Cube)
8. Do the Full Load
9. Fill the setup table (OLIZBW) for date range (01.07.2016 till 24.11.2016) with all
stock including the valuated stock. This is for filling the data source 2LIS_03_UM.( 2
Companies)
10. Load the data to BW, Do the INT without Data and compress with Tick Mark ( 2
Cubes)
11. Do the Full Load
12. Delete Setup Table
13. Fill the setup table (OLI1BW) for date range (01.01.2011 till 30.06.2016) with all
stock including the valuated stock. This is for filling the data source 2LIS_03_BF.
14. Load the data to BW, Full Load and Compress with Tick Mark ( 2 Cubes)
 15. Fill the setup table (OLIZBW) for date range (01.01.2011 till 30.06.2016) with all
stock including the valuated stock. This is for filling the data source 2LIS_03_UM.( 2
