Life is hard, it is difficult, full of challenges, and filled with uncertainties, most

especially for the past two years where Covid – 19, Typhoon Odette, and other
natural calamities brought us to our knees. However, we never surrendered, we
continue to survive, thrive, and strive in order to overcome all these trials and
hardships we all experienced. As we celebrate this momentous achievement

The celebration we have today is not just an ordinary event but rather it is
considered to be the most important and the most significant milestone for all of
us. Passing the Criminologist Licensure Examination has never been easy
especially for the past years. Dedication, commitment, and hardwork are the
necessary requirements in order to hurdle

It is with great pride and honor to be part of the celebration of your success, a
milestone that is considered to be one of the most significant and important
achievement of our lives of being part of this beloved prof

to survive, thrive, and strive in all of the challenges and trials that we may all
encounter in this life learning journey. May we take inspiration as to how SIIT
started or its humble beginnings and what it is now and it achieved so far for the
past years. Despite the pandemic and the typhoon Odette, still it continues to
provide quality education to all our dear Siargaonons. Hence, I would like to
congratulate and thanks the following:

1. To our Almighty Father, thank you Lord God for the past 2_____ years
journey towards excellence, thank you for all the trials and hardships that
enable us to learn and harness our potentials most especially for guiding
SIIT to become what it is today. With your wisdom and power, SIIT will
continue its mission of helping and uplifting the lives of the people especially
those who are considered the least, the last, and the lost.
2. To our Visionary Founder, Dr. Sol F. Matugas, and to her very supportive
husband, our new SIIT President, Gov. Francisco “Lalo” T. Matugas, and to
the rest of the Matugas Family (Cong. Bingo, Maam Ethel) for sharing your
life with us and for giving us this rare opportunity to grow personally and
professionally by becoming part of this organization’s Vision and Mission of
helping and uplifting the lives of the Siargaonon through quality education.

3. To all our guests, stakeholders, and benefactors – Thank you for inspiring
us and sharing us your time and for trusting SIIT for the past _____ years.
Rest assured, that we will continue to provide quality education that will
really make a difference and will become a catalyst of positive change in the
community.

4. To the past and current part of the Administration, Faculty, and Staff –
Thank you so much for giving part of your life to SIIT. Thank you so much
for sharing us your knowledge, talent, and skills to our stakeholders and
clientele and thank you so much for the selfless service you rendered in
order to realize SIIT’s goals and objectives for the past 25 years. Special
mentioned to the awardees and to all who made the 25 years Silver
Founding Anniversary celebration a success and memorable, Thank you so
much Maam and Sir….

5. Lastly, to all our students, thank you so much guys for the trust and
confidence you bestowed to all of us most especially to your teachers. We
all know your hardships and struggles for the sake of learning because of
this pandemic. We cannot do anything about it except to adapt whatever
circumstances we may face. Rest assured that we are always here to guide
and help you get by this time of uncertainties and just always remember that
SIIT IS YOUR HOME, YOUR SCHOOL, AND YOUR FUTURE.

With that, please allow me to formally close the first part of the celebration. Thank
