CVT Accuracy Calculation

Technical Data:

U := 132 Rated Voltage [kV]


Type = Single-Phase
Ratio = 1 :1200

After the CVT's had been installed the following measurements have been executed:
Measurement device = HI-POT Tester
After injection of > 11 kV the test equipment tripped, due to high leakage current across the
capacitors!

The following accuracy could be determined with primary voltage application up-to 11 kV:

Based on above measurements formular as shown on page 5 has been applied to extrapolate the
measured results:
